Jai took the cookie and turned it around. "Well, the faire is the Sherwood Faire. My shops called 'Painted Fantansys'...by unanimous vote. And not I-E-S, just a Y-S. Olde English." She shrugged and took a bite of the cookie finally, chewing and swallowing. "Y'right. These are good. As for business, yes, it's slower than I'd like, but then Im not extremely well known. I go to an art university when school starts up again, but I have a back up plan with horses, so..."

"Just start by greetin people," Jai said as she walked around, tiding things up now and then. "Just whatever you can do I guess." She paused to think. "Im workin on a drawing in the back. It's a version of that one." The girl pointed to a graphite drawing on yellow paper of a nymph and a circle of stone pillars.

"Cool"Ayoua said as she nibeled on her cookie.She went out side and stood theire for few secounds atracting attention to herself.Then she did a flip and a cart weel as people started to watch she started to sing"get the art you want here. it's unexpected get the art you want from here it's easely derected"she sung.He voice was buitifull and more people came swarming around.Some people went into the store as she sang and did her acrobatics.

Jai blinked and stood dumbstruck for a few moments, taking up space, before she went to walking around, starting polite conversation and asking questions. She kept an eye on Ayoua and bit her lip, confused.

"Hi" Ayoua said to two twins a boy and a girl at least three years old as they ran to see what was happening.Theire mother came to get them and said sorry giving the girl a bit of money."So hows it going"Ayoua asked as she came in and talked to Jai smiling as she did.The group of people came in to as they did they looked at the paintings. |

"Better than most days, but I think they were more interested in your whirlin an twirlin..." She was waved over by someone who asked the price of a set of smaller postcard prints. When the askee started bartering... Jai grinned; this is what she loved-seeing what people thought her art was worth.

Heh, she smirked "oh it's not just that"she said a grin crawling up her face as she did."I guess buisness is going better now"Ayoua said as every one looked at the paintings.She went over to the fall colers one wich was attracting alout of zatention and took it with her."Can i have it"she said like a little kid, making puppy dog eyes that no one could resist.

"You look like my sister!" Jai laughed, taking it fro the girl. She looked from the painting and back again and grinned, removing a pen from her hair; one of the only things that didnt go with her costume were the ever present pencils and pens stuck in the strands. The other was the purple and green braces on her left and right legs. Jai walked over to the table and wrote in the bottom right corner 'Thank you so much for your help, Ayoua! I hope your life is as colorful as the seasons!' And handed it back. "It's cheesy, I know, but really, I aint a poet."

"Course." Jai said with a grin. "Up the stairs in the back...leads to the attic. Thats where the rooms are. You can have the bed if you like; nothin on it but art stuff since my sister left and I sleep on the floor." She shrugged. "Do whatever you like."

"Oh thaks again" she said hugging Jai again then looking at the painting"it is cheesy"she said still smiling.She looked around and saw people buzzing in it reminded her of bugs "Bzzz...bzzz"she fell to the floor her hand on her face and her throut cracked tears filled up in her eyes as she was about to fainte, but why?
