Madera didn't know what to do. Though they were brothers they didn't seem to like each other much. He guessed they didn't separate on a very good note, so should he back off and let them fight it out between each other or stay where he was and make sure Aidan was safe? Hopefully they wouldn't fight, but he knew that if something bad happened between them they would be at each other's throat until they finally managed to fight out their problems. Well, he had stayed with Aidan this long and it worked out, so he decided to stay with him now. He silently remained by the younger wolf while keeping a close eye on his brother.

Shadow perked her ears up and walked after Denali,just in-case he decided he would fight. She was ready to grab his scruff and yank him away at in moment a fight started.

Denali gave a small half growl half yelp noise out, and raised his tail. He felt his heart pump inside his chest- regret... Hate... Love... Care... These enemy feelings were all mingling at once, and it was not a pleasant experience. He eventually lowered his tail and crawled closer, changing from dominant to submissive.
Aidan snarled. He felt like he was going to go crazy and attack Denali with all his hatred and might. He snarled louder as Denali shuffled forward like a coward until the pressure became too much. He lashed out at Denalis muzzle. "Why did you leave me? Did you not care? You selfish beast! You ran to save your own life! Selfish selfish selfish! I can't believe I though of you as a good brother!" He yelped angrily.

Shadow's stomach did a back flip as Denali was clawed and her tail raised,but she dug her claws into the ground and didn't allow herself to interfere. She sat down slowly and watched to see what Denali would do. A nervous glance directed itself towards Madera as her her went back and she tried not to interfere.

Madera was definitely startled when the two pups swapped their position in the argument completely. Aidan snapped from being submissive to an anger fueled dominance. Whatever note these two left on, it was far from good. Quietly he watched as Denali recieved a cut on his nose. One that he deserved from what Aidan was saying. Awkwardly he glanced at Shadow, meeting her eyes for a second before looking back at the brothers. Clearly she wasn't too sure what was going on either.

Denali yelped and growled in a low tone as he was swipe across the nose. He stayed low though, accepting his punishment. He felt horrible... Not from the cut, but from inside. "But... But I-"
"No buts!" Aidan cut him off. He raised his tail high and threatened with his ears forwards. "You... Argh! I can't believe a pup like you could be so.. Argh! I can't even describe it. I mean- look at you. Thin and hungry... Like that matters. Regretting and submitting... What have you turned yourself into?!" He yelped. He felt tears begin to flood his eyes.

Madera, not having much experience with fights, simply continued to watch as Aidan gave his brother a thorough verbal lashing. In his old pack, his parents took care of any fights and he didn't have to care about fights unless he was involved in them. In this pack, he felt like he had a sort of responsibility when it came to Aidan. He supposed that after spending a day with him when he had been alone for weeks, he had managed to become attached to the pup.

Aidan growled and looked up at Shadow. "You wouldn't understand. I bet you had a better puphood than me." He snapped back at his new alpha. He turned around sharply and did not look back at Denali. Instead, he sat down facing Madera.
Denali Sat down with his head low, whimpering. He just sighed when Aidan turned his back on him. He closed his eyes and whimpered more.

Shadow ears went back and she almost yelled at him,but only kept her thought to herself. 'At least you didn't get abandoned and disowned by your parents before finding your siblings again. While you are dieing from a bite to the neck.'

Madera wished he had something to say, but honestly there wasn't anything he could do without seeming extremely awkward. Well, standing around silently when everyone else is talking is pretty awkward, but nowhere near as bad as trying to contribute your sad history when you didn't really have one. Maybe it would be better to try and find a way to force the pack out of this pit of aggression and sadness that seemed to be forming. His stomach growled, saving him from having to make up something that the pack needed to do. Hunting was just as good a distraction as any other. " I hate to bother you guys but it's been a while since I've had a decent meal. Can we hunt? " Madera asked the pack.

Aidan felt bad for snapping at his new alpha. He shouldn't have done that. (Lol, Ben reference) He dropped his ears and tail, then turned back round to Shadow. "I'm sorry." he quickly apologised. He still didn't want to look back at Denali, though. He was glad that Madera considered going hunting, so used that to keep himself from looking back.
Denal glanced round at Shadow as she seemed to be trying to hold back a reply. "I... I'm sorry for my brothers behaviour. I didn't think he would bring you this much trouble." He said quietly.

Shadow nodded and replied,"Hunting! Great idea,Madera!" She then called her siblings out and said,"Lets go get some food for Madera and Aidan. I'm sure everyone else is hungry too." Glad Madera had stopped the awkward point in time she ignored all other things and exclaimed,"Lets go!" In a flash her and her siblings shot off in a group of different pelt colors towards the nearest scent of deer.

Madera ran alongside Shadow and several other wolves whose names he didn't know yet. His paws pounded against the earth, making little noise other than the crunching of dead leaves. It took him a few moments to figure out what they were heading for, but he soon narrowed it down to a deer, the scent of which grew stronger with every step he took. His stomach knew a good meal was nearby, and tried to motivate him as much as possible with the pain of hunger. Eating badger like he had last night was nothing compared to a good old deer.

Aidan jolted up quickly as Shadow set off and bounded to Maderas side. He seemed to be attached to this wolf and kind of thought of him as a father. How he wished Madera really was his father. He trotted alongside Madera as he blended in to the trail of fur.
Denali sighed and stood up, then slowly trotted after the group of hungry wolves. He wanted to run alongside Fisher and the higher ranked wolves but felt the need to stay behind after the little fall out. He was also dissappointed that he could not smell the deer well as once again he had been swiped across the nose.
