I ran through the building and saw two others.I ran past them not wanting to slow down.I was starting to get tired.

*fail post*

I snarled at the scientist, curling my wings protectively around Dusk. "Get away from her you creep," I growled, baring the small fangs that had started to grow in. The scientist glared at me but went back out the door. My sensitive ears could hear the key turning in the lock and I cursed under my breath, wishing that someday one of the scientists would forget to lock us back up. I was about to stand when a commanding voice floated through the backdoor.

"Don't. Move."

I froze and hugged Dusk close, wondering who it was. The rasping voice came again, this time from the room. 

"I am here to train you in battle arts. They've already been programmed into you so this should be easy...if you cooperate."

(I'm brain dead right now sorry Det ^^)

I sighed and nodded, unfurling my striking white wings. I crouched down on my haunches and then thrust myself upwards, flapping my wings to gain enough altitude to grasp the rafters with my hands. As I hauled myself up I noticed the man about to press the button that would shock us.

"There!" I yelled, pointing to the man. My powers wouldn't do any good at stopping him, but perhaps some of the other subjects might.

Something welled up inside my tiny 9-year-old body. My hand came up to my face, a little ball of wter in them. As suprised as I was, I just wanted to get away. It was as if my hands had a mind of there own. The moved gracefully and smacked the watre into the scientist's face, leaving him soaked. I stared at my hands, but quickly realized I had to get away. I opened her wings and launched myself at the rafters, almost making it.

I spirled towards the earth as another shock p*censored*ed through my body, this one more painful than the last. I fell to the earth with my wing spread out and heard a large crack as I landed...

I gasped as I saw Dusk being shocked again and turned to my instincts, giving a blood-curdling shriek as I dropped from the rafters and flew directly into the scientist's face, who was standing their shocked from having been soaked by Dusk.

I growled and latched onto his shoulders with my hands as I bit his neck, my newly formed fangs digging in deeply. Suddenly, I felt some sort of liquid drain from my teeth and into his neck, making me gag and let go, kicking him down as I flew to Dusk.

I landed by her and cradled her in my arms, watchful of her broken wing. I turned my head and shook some of my hair from my eyes, shocked at what I was seeing. It seemed that the man was being burned from the inside out, his skin turning black and flaky before it was swallowed by this dark purple liquid oozing up hid body. "What is that?" I breathed, shocked at the horrible sight. 

I sat there, uncomprehending what was going on until I heard Dusk make a pained sound. "Get out?" I murmured distractedly, "Umm...maybe the two in the rafters could help..."

I still wasn't sure what was happening to the scientist right now, but I knew that it was horrible and that I was the cause. I can't bite people anymore...I have to control my rage, I thought, berating myself harshly for letting go like that.
