Shadow thought to her self and looked up at the sky then back at Nightingale and then back at the male human. Lily got up onto Shadow's back and rested her head on the dragon's neck with a tired sigh.
I\'m extremely sorry for my absence. I\'ve been very busy and was recently attacked by 3 dogs and am currently recovering.

Nightingale looked at Lily. She decided to soften up a little bit. She slowly and carefully covered Lily with her soft wing.

Lily looked at Nightingale,a bit confused and then yawned and turned onto her side and closed her eyes,it was getting late anyways. Shadow smirked and let her pupils go a bit more wide and round as she looked at the sky again,the sun was almost gone and this town wasn't a safe place to be around this hour more then other times.

Nightingale slid into the shadows, plucking some feathers out of her wing and placing them on Lily. She headed back to the group's meadow.

Shadow slowly and silently flew into the sky as Lily began to fall asleep. Soon they made it back to the territory and she layed down. Shadow cupped her wings around Lily and put her head on the ground.

Jeremiah paused for a moment to really look at who he had at his door, his eyes widened a moment later. Dragons....and one looked a lot like one he had cared for as a child. "Nightingale...?" he asked softly, taking a few steps closer and running his fingers gently over her scales. "You've gotten....well...big," he said with a soft chuckle. "I remember you being a lot smaller."

(Oh its ok. Just ignore my last post lol.) Nightingale looked at Jeremiah. "Well, dragons go through changes just as humans do." She thought for a moment. "But your very different yourself." Her quills smoothed back down, her tongue flickering in and out of her jaws.

Shadow managed to get Lily off of her back before she got back up and flew back,making sure she was out of anything,but Nightingale's sight.

Jeremiah chuckled softly before he moved to wrap his arms as far around Nightingale as he could. "I've missed you," he told her before eh pulled back slightly to press a hand to her scales once more. "It really has been a while since we last saw each other, hasn't it?" he asked softly, a faraway look in his eyes. Nostalgia was a powerful thing...

Nightingale nodded. "It has been twelve years. I'm glad I hadn't forgotten." Her eyes glowed solid blue, making the rest of her face a bit dull. She was beginning to hope Jeremiah's hand wouldn't get pricked by one of her quills.

Shadow moved slightly more into veiw,but stayed away from the human,just incase Nightingale would freak out.
