The story so far:

The Native American people are being threatened by the white men, telling them they must evacuate their land or they will be sold into slavery or killed on the spot. The cheif of the Native American's refused to move and refused to run. The white men told them to be prepared because the next morning they would come back for them and tear down their villiage in the process. The cheif prayed to the spirits for the young Native Americans, both girls and boys alike, to live so they could live out their heritage as free men and women away from the white men. That night the spirits answered his prayers.

"Let your spirit be your guide..." A voice whispered these very words into the cold wind that night. As the morning came the lights that had danced in the sky all night long disapeared, brinigng a bright flash of light followed by the sun. Each and every young Native American was transformed into their inner spirit guides, thus saving them from slavery or death. The goal now is to survive and try to figure out a way to change back into their human forms. No matter how hard they pray, the spirits won't answer them like they did the cheif.

Opening:

When you make your introductions the scene is, you are waking up feeling different. The white men have arrived and are starting to tear down the village and take your family and friends away. You must flee without being caught. This is when you notice you are no longer human but have been transformed into an animal, your inner spirit guide.

Rules:

1. Literate people only please. This means you must be able to post a paragraph per post. No exceptions. I understand when you have brain failure but you can still scrounge up a paragraph. It may be weak but it's doable.
2. There are five possitions in this roleplay as you can see. One for me and four others for anyone else who joins, although if you want I will add more animal spirits depending on how many join.
3. You must ask to join first. Do not ask for an animal spirit. After enough people ask or say 'Join' I will put your ursernames along with mine into some sort of hat type thing (probably a cup because I don't own hats) and shuffle them around pulling out who gets which animal. This is to be fair to everyone so please don't complain. If you want i'll take pictures and proove that I really did pull everyone's names out of a cup if you wish but I think that is going a little overboard.
4. Try not to make all girls and all guys. This roleplay won't be fun if it is just five females or five males.
5. Romance is encouraged, so is violence.
6. If you want you can be one of the 'white men'. It would be rather intersting if this took a pocahontas turn. ^.^
7. Do not post your bios because you do not know what your spirit guides are yet. >.> You may post them after I draw names for who's who.
