"Ya, I guess so. Have a good day Stein, I will call you if I require anything else." Death said, turning around as the connection was ended. "Though I do hope I dont need anything too important." He said to himself before sipping a cup of tea.

"Goodbye Death-sama." Stein said and waved as he walked out. Stein slowly walked home, tired from the long day. He had a sneaking suspicion he was being followed, or watched. ((sorry, writer's block))

((That's alright.)) Medusa watched out the window as Stein left the building. "Your little tricks wont work Stein. I know what you are up to, but you wont catch me. I'm to slick to be caught, just like a snake." She laughed at a personal joke that she knew nobody else would understand.

Later, when Maka, Blair, Soul, and Patty where at the house, Patty started snooping around the cupboards in the kitchen. Soul sighed. "What are you doing?" he asked suddenly, walking into the kitchen. Patty jumped. "Looking to see if you have any candy." she said. A sudden knocking made Blair hiss and hide under the couch. Maka laughed. "It's okay, Blair. It was just the door, honest." she said. She stood up and walked over to the door and opened it. "Oh, Hello, Crona." she said, smiling at Crona, who was in the doorway. He waved and walked inside. Soul was slouching on the couch, drinking a bottle of water. He waved, not looking up. Maka Maka chopped him and he said, "Hi!" really fast. Blair and Patty laughed, apparently amused by Soul. They looked at the dinner Maka sat on the table for them. Blair got fish, obviously. Patty didn't know what she got, but she ate it anyways. She later found out it was honey glazed ham, in which shouldn't have been given to Patty, since she forgot about Kid's warning that it made her crazy. "Oh my god ham!!!" Patty yelled. She got jumpy, then she ran right through the door, screaming around Death City waving her arms like an idiot, which didn't surprise anyone. Soul just stared blankly while Maka ate slowly, watching Patty's random spazz attack take place. "I wonder what Liz would say if she was here..?" she wondered. Crona hid in the corner while Ragnarok ate a piece of hs ham.

Kid and Liz scoured all over Shibusen, looking for Patty. "I wish she would hurry up already, it's already dark, and you and I can't ride home without her!" Kid stated, annoyed, to Liz. "Yeah, I know Kid. And what she did earlier today? Terrible. I have no idea what has gotten into her!"

Patty looked at the sky, her attack apparently over. "Hm, it's late." she suggested. She walked calmly back into the house. "I think i sould go." she yawned. She said bye to everyone and walked out of the house. She sat on top of a building and looked down at an alley, only to see Kid and Liz. "You know what?" she yelled down to them. "You should really start checking in the houses, not out." she teased.

Spirit walked up to Maka's door and knocked three times. "Maka, it's your dad. I'm here about earlier, could I talk to you for a moment... Alone?" He said through the door, stepping back some and waiting for her to come.

Maka walked in. Everyone was either gone or in bed. "Oh, hi, Papa. Yeah, everyone's asleep." she said, gesturing to Blair on top of the tv, Soul in his room, Crona just now leaving. "Bye Maka." he said, shoving his way through the door. "Erm, wrong door, Crona. That's the closet." she said. Crona walked out of the closet and headed out the front door. He nodded when he left. "So, what was it?" she asked Spirit when Crona had left.

Liz and Kid just stared blankly at Patty. "Where the heck have you been! We have been looking for you for hours! Kid and I couldn't leave the school, until you came! Do you know how long that's been!" Liz yelled at Patty and ran over to punch her. Kid just stared quietly as Liz tried to pummle Patty. Kid finally, calmly said, "Patty, that was very rude. If you are going to do something like that, please warn us first. You may now go back to fighting if you wish."

Maka flinched at her father's sudden seriousness. She nodded afraid to talk. Her gaze quivered and a single tear rolled down her cheek. She wiped it quickly and more came. She fell onto the floor, crying softly.

"W-what did I say? I dont know, maybe I shouldnt tell you." Spirit said, kneeling down to sit next to the crying Maka. "Come on, dont cry. Its not that bad, just something we wish you to know so that you can keep you and your friends safe. Thats all, but if you dont think you can handle it, then I wont tell you."
