We are pleased to notify you that you have been accepted to the prestigious Skrýtinn Academy. Your bags have already been packed for you and soon a delegate from our school will come to pick you up. You have exactly 3 hours from the time you receive this letter to gather any missed belongings. After that, we are afraid that offering you more time is not possible. Please go to the nearest Bus Station once you are done to meet one of our delegates. You will recognize this person by the gryphon motif on the badge they will be wearing. We hope to see you on August 19, 2010 at Skrýtinn Academy.

Welcome to Skrýtinn Academy! Here is home for the misfits of civilization, from shapeshifters to demons to espers! Here you will learn to control your powers in a child-safe environment safe from the horrors of the outside world. We hope to see you here at our new school year!

RULES:
1. No Powerplaying or Godmodding allowed.

3. I reserve the right to boot you from this RP if you are rude to any other person.
4. No excessive swearing beyond that of crap, hell and damn. Also, you cannot use these words against another person, whether OoC or BiC.

6. It’s an anything goes RP, so if you want to be a shape-shifting bunny, half ghost or anything like that, this is the place for it!
7. You start the RP by getting the letter, but only if you are a new student. Old students live at Skrýtinn Academy fulltime.
8. There is actually a secret village near Skrýtinn Academy, which is used by the students as a shopping district. It is called Lítill Town.
SETTING:
On the island of Greenland, Skrýtinn Academy is set in the very northernmost point, making it a very cold and windy place to be. It has the small town of Lítill to the east and to the south and west is a large forest, which is actually a safe haven for many magical creatures. Students are not allowed there. Species: Undead Shapeshifter. Powers: Well, her reuglar form is a gross zombie, but no one has ever seen that. She uses her shapeshifting to change her appearance. She can turn into a normal human, and zombie, and a demon. To make it fair, she can't control her powers at all in Demon form, and often looses her right eye in zombie. Appearance: Zombie: You'll see. Human: She has black hair with a single, wide green streak. Her eyes are dark green, and her nails are painted black with green clovers on them. She wears a black top with a blovers in the middle, and wears a Green and brown Camo jacket that goes to her bellybutton. Same color Camo jeans. She wears black boots. She also has a silver Charm bracelet with all sorts of good luck charms on it.
Eye Color: Green. XD
Personality: Isolated and quiet. If you annoy her, though, which isn't hards to do, she gets quite snappy. If you really anger her, she wil turn into demon form and.... Good luck for living through that.

History: She dosen't remember.
Other: She has a little black cat with green eyes. That's the reason she has clovers on her, is just incase black cats really are bad luck. Kira groaned as her alarm clock buzzed in her ear. She reached up her hand to smack it, groaning again as it grew louder. It continued to grow in noise, and she hissed at it. She smacked it off the table, which, thankfully, made it shut up. When she looked, she noticed al etter on her table. 'Crap! I fell asleep! I barely have enough time to pack up before I have to reun out the door!' She thought and practically leapt off her bed. She grabbed her backpack and stuffed whatever was left into it, then grabbing her cat and running out the door. 'Oh man, I'm gonna be late!' She thought and almost smacked right into a pole as she whipped around and fran down to the bus station. She made it and fell onto a bench, huffing. Across from her sat, who she guessed was her escort, and a few others. Probably also coming. She tied up her long black hair in a ponytail and sighed. It was only 5 minutes until they had to leave for her new school. She wondered if she could show who she really was there..... No. She couldn't. It was too horrifying. She pet her cat and sat in the corner, away from the others. Her green eyes were plastered to the sidewalk.

{~}An intro was not necessary but that's fine :){~} Ryu stood by the bus station, leaning against the metal pole as she waited for the bus that would whisk her off to the strange academy that had been mentioned in the letter. She didn't have much with her except for a small bag that was slung over one shoulder, filled with drawing supplies and other such things. She glanced to her left as another girl came running in, obviously breathless and tired. Ryu blushed and turned away, hoping the girl hadn't noticed her eyes light up, the strange side effect that came with using her power, whether she wanted to or not. She had just seen the girl's true form and it had terrified her. She can't help it, Ryu berated herself. |

Aliluya waved goodbye to her mother as she drove away from the bus stop. She sat on the bench, nervous with butterflies in her belly. In her lap floated an odd blue-ish rabbit shaped plasma creature. "Tokko, do you see the bus?"the golden eyed Aliluya asked the plasma rabbit. He looked up and down the road and pointed. She stood up, making sure that her letter was in her bag.
When the bus approached she grabbed her suitcase and got on the bus with Tokko, the plasma bunny, floating erriely behind her.

Ryu stared at the plasma bunny, eyes wide with curiosity. "What is that?" she breathed as she followed the strange girl onto the bus. She flicked her eyes around it until she found an empty seat near the back, her favorite place to sit. Today's been so strange...I mean, I got this note and all these freaky kids are around me...not that I'm not freaky..but still....she though as she leaned her head against the gl*censored* of the window. |
