Alex nodded. "Yea, your scent was different." She said clenching her jaw, then she shook her head and spun around on her heels toward the direction of her house. "I'm out, see you around." She said as she walked away, she reached down and put her sungla.ssed back on so when she goes on the path no one will freak out, once they were on without looking behind her waved her hand over her soulder then disappeared into the woods.

James chuckled and watched her until she was gone before he too turned and continued his walk. It wasn't often he got to meet other vampires. As much as humans thought Vampires liked being together if was quite the opposite. There were like animals almost, only coming together for certain reasons and then splitting up again. It was rare for them to spend time together but when they did it was like nothing else in the world.

James walked through another scent trail, this one was obviously not human either and he turned to follow where it lead him. It turned him back around, which should have told him something but he wasn't paying attention, and took him back in the direction he had just come from.

He followed it until it ended, underneath a particularly high tree and he looked up. Spotting Alex. He sighed, he didn't even stop to think and see if the scent was familiar or not. 

Alex heard footsteps in the distance, she sunk into the shadows until they stopped. Then she peaked over the edge to see James. What is he doing here? She thought as she sat back in the shadows again, he obviously seen her so she might as well go down.

She sighed as she stood up and brushed herself off, she stepped off the edge of the branch and landed without a sound infront of James. "Hello...again." She said flatly, looking up at him.

James smiled a crooked smile. "I guess your right, but its sounds normal when you say you climb the tree rather than jump 40 feet to get into one." He chuckled. "And I'm sorry if I've ruined your morning with my presence..." He was annoying, sometimes he couldn't stand himself but he was who he was.

Alex shrugged, "It's fine, usually I'm done thinking by now." She raised an eyebrow at his comment. "Are you new to being a vampire? Cause I've been a vampire for one hundred and ten years, it sounds normal to me." She grinned and thought back to when she was a new vampire in the victorian era, she remembered the pretty dresses and the old manners the men had. She shook her head and stapped out of her memories the half smiled at James.

[Ugh~ What time do you get on? X3]

James chuckled lightly. "Hardly." He said, he was older than her. "I'm just used to trying and not be pinpointed as 'different'." James explained, looking up into the tree once again. It was bothersome when people saw you as different. And it was bad when they tried to figure out why you're different.

"I like being different, especially deadly different. I love the reactions on peoples faces, it makes me laugh." She grinned slyly, letting her fangs show. She really did like being a vampire now that she was use to it, in the beginning it was hell, she had to admit it, but now she loved being the most feared thing roaming the streets.
