As you may have guessed from the ti
tle, this is a pokémon roleplay, set in the Sinnoh region. Everything is the same, except that there are all the pokémon in the past regions here as well (What can I say, I love the original 150 ;D). The plot is pretty much your basic pokémon adventure, except you don't necessarily have to be a trainer. You can be a contest star, a battle trainer, a breeder, a Team Galactic member, a magikarp salesman, anything you want! And you don't necessarily have to go to all the gyms and towns in the right order either, but you do have to have beaten them all in order to face the Elite Four. Did that make enough sense?
Rules:
-You can have as many characters as you want (Just not something really excessive like 20) - Each character is allowed one first evolution starter pokemon, which can be any pokemon from any region up to Sinnoh that isn't legendary. - No powerplay. - No Mary Sues/Gary Stus. - Romance/Violence is okay, but remember the rules of Res. - Post 'Prepare for trouble' to show you read the rules. - You can only have 6 pokemon with you at a time. Leave any others at a Pokémon Center. - We're gonna go by the anime, as in no levels and complicated systems. - No fighting over who wins a battle. If there is indecision, I'll use a random generator to determine the outcome. - You can't find legendaries or pokémon from any regions newer than Sinnoh.

((Accepted, but there's just two things in your bio that I'm not clear on: By home town, I meant a town in Sinnoh, not the region, and Fire Monkey isn't a species of pokemon. I assume you meant chimchar, but idk?))

Appearance: Madi has long, thick, tangled red hair, that she never brushes. Sometimes, if she can be bothered, she ties it up to keep it out of her face. Her eyes are a dull grey, and her face is long. She has prominent cheekbones, a long nose, and thin lips. She isn't overweight, but she doesn't have time for excercise other than what she gets out of just living her usual life, so she's a bit pudgy around the middle. Madison is of average height, but can easily pass through places unnoticed as if she were smaller.
Personality: She dislikes rude people, which is a bit hypocritical because she can come across as rude often herself because of her very outgoing and loud personality. Madi loves to tell jokes and trick people, but she never means any harm. She's friendly towards strangers. A lot of people think she can be very annoying.
Family: None
History: She was found outside a bar when she was six years old, and was taken in by the owner only to have her run away a day later. She has lived on the outskirts of Veilstone City since then with her Eevee. When they need food or clothes, they pickpocket tourists who come to town for the game corner.

Appearance: Azon has a symmetrical face. His eyes are blue, and he has long eyelashes for a guy. He has average eyebrows, but he can roll them, which he's pretty proud of. His hair is dark brown, slightly wavy, and is about 3-4 inches long. He is reasonably well built, and a bit taller than average.
Personality: Azon is very confident, an extrovert, and making friends is easy for him. He is typically friendly, but is judgemental at times. He is the type to throw parties for almost no reason at all. Azon also has absolutely no problem with making a fool of himself for a laugh.
Family: His parents and sister reside in Eterna City.
History: His parents moved to Eterna from the Hoenn region before Azon was born. He has just recently decided to travel around Sinnoh to become a pokemon trainer.

Appearance: She is gorgeous by most standards, and is extremely photogenic. Caitlyn's face is oval shaped, and symmetrical. She has an average looking nose, seemingly perfect eyebrows, an easy smile with full lips, and brown eyes. Her hair is dirty blonde, layered, and chest length. She is average weight and height.
Personality: She knows she's beautiful, and isn't ashamed to use it to get what she wants. She lies as easily as breathing, but tries not to deceive those who she counts as her friends. She can read people like books, which is why she wanted to become a detective.
Family: None that she acknowledges exist.
History: She has lived on her own for a long time, keeping herself stable by tricking people into giving her money. She joined up with the police at age 16, by lying about her age, and trained for two years. They placed Caitlyn as the head of an undercover operation in which she would become a member of Team Galactic and find out they're plans so that they could be shut down.

Appearance: Arabella has medium-long, curly brown hair. She has a straight-across fringe, and the rest of her hair falls in ringlets. She has a round, kind face with full, rosy cheeks. She had bright green eyes, a button nose with little freckles dotted over it, and a contagious smile. She's a bit overweight, for which her sweet tooth is to blame, and average height.
Personality: Arabella is sweet and kind, but can get over-excited. She loves pokemon and flowers, and is partial to the colours pink, yellow, and green. She is naive, trusting and therefore easily fooled.
Family: An older brother, Ridge, and an older sister, Daphne, who live in Floaroma Town with their parents.
History: She has lived with her family in their little shop all her life, and started training her buneary for competitions a year ago. Finally, her parents let her enter competitions at the age of fourteen.

Name: Noir Belevent

Species: One hundred percent good ol' human.
Occupation: Trainer, though he's finding his new life tough.
Home Town: Eterna City
Appearance: Noir has rather fluffy strawberry blond hair that goes down to his nape and pale blue eyes. He gets cold very easily and normally wears thick coats or baggy jumpers, along with jeans and a canvas/shoulder bag to keep his belongings in, standard trainer wear. He was short for his age for the last few years, but recently had a massive growth spurt, making his height a little above average. He's of average weight.
Personality: Noir's very docile by nature, preferring not to get into trouble, but, unfortunately for him, he has horrible luck (especially with Pokémon,) and trouble seems to follow him. He gets flustered and embarrassed easily when someone insults or makes fun of him, but usually tries to shrug it off with an awkward laugh.
Family: He lives with his family in Eterna; his 13 year old grumpy and frustrated brother, Benjamin Prowle, his dorky father; Dominic Prowle, and his fiesty mother, Carroll Belevent.
History: Noir wanted to start his journey years back, but his parents didn't allow it until he was 15, due to them doubting he would manage out in the world with his passive outlook. He left home on his birthday to travel to Floaroma though Eterna forest, but soon came back due to almost being eaten by a Ariados that a careless trainer had released into the forest. He's currently training to take on the Eterna gym.
Starter Pokémon: A cheeky male Litwick who Noir's parents brought from a breeder for his 15th birthday. When they got him, he was already named Lumiere. The name stuck so Noir never changed it.
