Jazz sat up on what looked to be a bed. "I'd love some food, thank you." She told the mother with a smile on her face. Her hand flew down to her pocket. A grin appeared on her face. She still had a paperclip in her pocket from making a paperclip necklace. She walked over to the door and put her semi pointed ear against it. "Is that.... Man... your son?" She asked the woman out of curiosity. She didn't want to offend her if it was her son, so she chose her words carefully. A sudden memory hit her. She saw herself in the mirror as a child, carried by a short, blonde haired woman. There was a taller man by her side. He had black hair and ice blue eyes. She snapped out of the memory a moment later, with the smile disappeared from her face

Amelia gave a small sigh and a soft smile. "No, love. He is like my son, though. Please, don't be angry at him. I know he ran roughshod over you, but he is a good boy..." her voice trailed off as she cursed that old coot of a Supreme Alpha under her breath. "I'll bring you up a plate, dear. Just sit tight. Trash something in his room, if it will make you feel better!" the woman added brightly, sensing the spirit in the girl on the other side of the door. With another sigh, she made her way down the stairs, still muttering under her breath. There was still hot chicken and potatoes in the kitchen, and she smiled as she passed Garrett's liquor cubbard. She distinctly remembered some good vodka in there, and some fresh oranges in the kitchen. Little Jazz could probably use a drink. Preparing the drink and the food, she began making her way back upstairs.
