Earth. Vriska hadn't seen it in a while. Fortunately, night had fallen, a few hours ago from the looks of it. Earth was a nice place and all, but Vriska wasn't sure she could handle the bright Milky Way sun right off the ship. The moon was bright still, bright enough to see, at least, and that was good. Vriska rolled her shoulders and shuffled her dice in her hand. She came expecting a fight, but it was quiet in this... field, it looked like. They were in a field. Good thing, too, or the crash-landing of the ship might have taken out a couple hundred human dwellings. As it was, the only alerted party was a nearby bird, squawking from a distant tree. No matter. She would be ready to fight when the time came. Vriska whisked her iGrub cell phone out of her pocket and pulled up the Trollian application.
AG: Hey losers! AG: The cavalry has arrived!!!!!!!!
((Side note, would it be okay if I picked up Rose too? I just feel like having only one kid is going to make things a little iffy, and I'd love to add Rose into the mix.))

Karkat looked around as he stood next to Vriska. Wondering what to do he checked to see if everyone was there. He thought of him self as leader, but he was also a bit nervous for the fact that he felt he had let them down. Ever since Gamzee's rampage, the two of them have been distant along with most of his old friends. He just didn't know anymore. The fact that the cool guy he used to hate is now one of his moirails just makes him wonder. Karkat shook the thought. Now wasn't the time for that friendship nonsense, and he knew it. Karkat crossed his arms and impatiently tapped his foot. He clenched his teeth together, trying to hold in his rage.
CG: OH MY GOD CG: WHERE IS THAT STUPID HUMAN? CG: HE BETTER NOT MAKE US WAIT LONG!

Vriska yawned. "Calm down, crabby." She grinned a bit at her own joke. "He'll be here soon enough. Look, I've already got a response." She waved her iGrub, opened to Trollian's public memo service.
TT: Good morning, Vriska. If your ship landed about where it should have, which it did, then I'm too far away to come greet you myself. I'll see if John's awake.
Rose stretched and scratched her head indelicately. Naturally, her hair was a mess and she was wearing her pajamas. It was 1:00 AM after all. If she hadn't retained a little of her Seer knowledge, she wouldn't even have been up. The full insight of a Seer of Light had been lost to her since the end of the game, but Rose found she still had a certain... affinity. Things she knew without cause. They came in handy from time to time, but she could only hope that she'd be able to beat Jack again, this time without her full aspect. That was all any of them could do. They would just have to make up for power-ups with knowledge. And there was no greater expert on knowledge than a Seer of Light.
She called up John's name on her computer's latest-edition Pesterchum application and sent him a private message. Hopefully, he hadn't been able to sleep any better than she had.
TT: Wake up, John. They're here.
It was just a matter of time before Jack found them all.
((Think that's about all I can do before the others post! I did a little more situation-setting. If we want to go in a different direction, I can change it.))

(Sollux is weird in that aspect though. xD Since there's like...so many different versions of him. ene and any one of them could be the one I use... xD Because if this is post-scratch then Sollux is still half-dead and running around with Aradia... xD))

((Since this is a non-canon-compliant scenario where the game is just a game and everything gets returned to starting conditions when it's over (Earth gets remade, kids are fine, trolls are at home, etc.) it's reasonable to assume that the trolls and guardians and everyone would all be returned to life, too. But possibly Aradia would be dead.))

sollux sighed softly as he stepped out behind Karkat and Vriska, his mouth set in a frown with two fangs one each side poking out, these fangs happening to be the source of his characteristic lisp. He glanced around, blue and red eyes narrowing slightly behind his matching glasses.
"Tho, KK, where are the humanth that were thupothed to meet uth?" he asked, sounding quite grumpy as was per usual. they had already taken all this time to actually get here, so why were the humans, who had been expecting them, not here yet? "Thith ith ridiculouth. They knew we were coming," he grumbled. Yeah, yeah, Earth was fine and dandy and all, but he didn't want to be forced to stand outside waiting on four kids who may not even show up. Outside wasn't his... "element".
