Punch. Kick. Roundhouse kick. Glare at the tree and pant for a while to get back her breath. Repeat.

After the third repetition of this (roughly... there were some deviations to the routine) Kyo paused. Someone was watching her. She could feel a pair of eyes on her, boring into her back, staring at her in what was probably utter confusion. She made a face, still looking at the tree, which was now missing several chunks of bark. The girl pivoted on one foot, then slammed her other foot into the ground and glared at the newcomer, a boy probably only a few years older than she was. The look on his face clearly said, 'girl drama/problems'.

Kyo planted her hands on her hips. "Stop thinking that," she ordered harshly. "'Cuz you're so wrong, it'd be hard to get any more wrong."

 Dante walked from around the place he was observing and leisurely trotted to a 3 feet range from the brutally abused old oak. He looked up, admiring the light that seemed to be brave enough to shine through.

 "I am terribly sorry, for I am none than a stranger. I apologize deeply for the intrusion." Dante's voice was soft with an abrasive touch, 

 "Though, with the knowledge I have of you is slightly that of zero...what other hypothesis could I gain?" He smiled, tilting his head slightly. He grazed his hand against the tree, feeling the missing places where the bark once positioned.

  He pondered inquisitively, "You're quite strong, it frightens me just a tad."

Kyo just stared at him as he talked. "Polite, aren't you," she muttered, though the apology did calm her down, just a bit. Not more than a bit. 'Soothing ruffled fur', as anyone who knew who she really was would say. Ah, well. At least she knew he wasn't a Sohma. She'd long since stopped trying to keep track of all the people in her vast family -- whenever a girl married into it she took the Sohma surname -- but all of them were told to stay away from the cat.

She rolled her eyes. "Jumping to conclusions is just stupid," she replied shortly, conveniently forgetting that she did just that more than half of the time. Let it never be said that Kyo was not a hypocrite.

Pride made her grin and she brought one hand up near her face in a fist when he mentioned her strength. An odd beaded bracelet, large white beads placed between large red beads, eahc circular, dangled from her wrist. "I've trained a lot. That stupid rat will regret the day he met me," she continued in a mutter.

Hearing a voice from below him he looked down from the sky. On the ground laid a girl in a orange pattern dress.He smiled as he awnsered her "Hello dear, Kaiyo" Seeing her hair spread around her reminded him of why he liked hanging aroung her.She was one of the girls that you didnt want to get on their bad side.

He jumped from the wall to land a few feet away from her. He walked over to her and sat in the gra$s. He asked "How has you day been so far?" He plucked a single blade of the soft gra$s and putting it between his fingures he blew creating a low vibration. He smiled to himself and looked back to Kiayo.

Yoichi walked out of the door at the end of the hall. A patch of trees rested outside of these doors. Yoichi oftened liked to walk through the trees. Almost everytime he walked though he was surrounded by the rats that lived within the trees. Hearing a sound from somewere to the side off the main path, he chose why not look and see who it was ruining the peice with such a noise. Coming apon who it was he wasnt surpised. The cat Kyo. The two never really like one another to begin with. Who was the other person. He racked his brain, he didnt remember this boy.

Looking the two over "Whats going on here?" He knew it was one way to piss off the already pissed cat. He laughed and introdused himself to the new comer "I'm Yoichi its nice to meet you. I'm sorry If I insalted you inthat little joke but it was ment for my relitive over there."He stuck out his hand before shutting a glace at the cat.

Hikari burst through a door in the Sohma house. "Jer, Jer!" She called in a sing-song voice. "Wake-up, Jer!" Her brother was curled up in the bed, moaning with annoyance when Hikari ran in. "Hikari... why?" He asked, slowly attempting to get up. Hikari shuffled over to help up her brother. "Because we're probably the last ones to wake up, now get up!" She said, throwing the clothes he picked out last night over his head. Jeraud caught it instantly, shuffling over to the bathroom. "And hurry up!" Hikari ordered, leaving the room quickly.

 Kaiyo beamed with a great smile, her teeth were very pretty yet her overbite was looked down upon when it came to dentist. The Summer breeze curled around Kaiyo's sun warm body,

 "I find this weather absolutely delightful! Though the day is lacking some excitement, no?" She asked peering deeply at Hiroyuki. Her copper eyes were large with inquisitive thinking, Kaiyo moved her gaze for a moment. Concentrating hard on the gr*censored* before her. She pierced a single blade of gr*censored* and taunted it between her finger tips. She seemed bother, yet she didn't want Hiroyuki worrying about it. 

 "Hiroyuki...," She murmured, her attention away from his, "What do you think we'll have for lunch, today?"

 Her attitude shot to an impressionable happy level, which would catch someone off guard if they didn't know her.

 "Forgive my ignorance, Miss." Dante smiled, the weather was calming and soothed the tension that first arose when he stumbled upon the girl.

 "I am Dante Izuka. It is a very pleasure to meet your acquaintance." 

 The forest chilled, no wind was to be found, complete silence fostered around the conversation. Dante felt intrigued with the girl, he felt odd around her yet with a slight comfort. The awkward feelings progressed until another aura made itself known within the location.

 Dante turned around, before doing so he could have sworn that the young girl mentioned about beating a rat. Shaking off the mumbled words, he continued to render his gaze towards a younger male. He introduced himself as, Yoichi. Dante looked at Yoichi, he analyzed his blackish hair and clothing style. 

 "Good evening, Yoichi. I am Dante Izuka."

((Sorry if it sucks, I am close to losing my mind right now. xDDD)) 

Pleasure to make her acquantance. Yeah. Right. Kyo very nearly snorted, but the arrival of her nemesis stopped that idea dead in its tracks. "Yoichi..." she growled, fist shaking with anger. The rat, sworn enemy of the cat, ever since that day at the banquet so very, very long ago. She'd get him.

"Stupid rat!" she screeched, throwing herself at him in a way that couldn't be mistaken for anything but sheer anger. Fist drawn back to punch, leg ready to kick, she fired her attacks at him, rage taking her over, like it nearly always did.

(('Tis okay. My brain's not working well either. XD))

Hiroyuki looked at her as she smiled, and he couldnt help but smile back. Though what she was talking about confused him. "What do you mean by whats for lunch? Dont we just eat whats in the kitchen? I could really go for a vegy burger." Of corse he wouldnt eat a normal buger. If he thought about it, he felt like he was eating himself and that was just gross.

He looked down at his hands and seeing the forgotten blade of gra$s he crumppeld it up, smiled over at Kiayo and ran. He ran as far as the fence. He stopped and watched the animles moving on the over side of it.

Yoichi just chuckled as the stupid cat came flying at him. He dodged her punch with ease condidering. He watched her on her disent moving to the side to see her fly past him. Glancing at Dante, the guy who seemed to be in the wronge spot at the wronge time then looking back at Kyo. He turned a tightly cloesed fist at his side. He lashed at sendding Kyo flying.

"You'll have to try harder next time" He said in a monotoned voice, with a quick chuckle. Looking around he noticed a cat in the tree with a bird in it's mouth. He sighed and lowerd his eyes to the guy standing there and directing his voice that way "How did you end up here?"

((Sorry I wasnt able to replay I was at the college for the major thing [missed band hehe....to go to band] But I like the idea of his catching her and her becoming a kitty....but its your person so do what you want))

((Waitwaitwait. Moo, it's okay to have the Fruits Basket storyline play out with Dante/Kyo, right? Just making sure here. I think it'd be awesome, personally, but I'll let you decide. :D

...Kohawko, stop being silly and have Yoichi kick/punch Kyo now.))

 Kaiyo tilted her head, coming to the realization that the Sohma family always ate out. A gurgling bubble vibrated the young girl's stomach. She peered back to Hiroyuki,

 "Uh, I guess I always hope." Kaiyo giggled.

 Hiroyuki started to run towards the fence, Kaiyo watched with curiosity.  He watched the animals p*censored*ing by, she boar her gaze at him for a few more seconds and fell back onto the comforting gr@ss.

 Dante notice the commotion in front of him, his heart was streaming with confusion. Never did he think something like this would happen such as this in his life time. Yoichi dodge most of Kyo's attacks if not all, his speed was incredible. Dante noticed quickly that Yoichi was about to send Kyo flying.

  "Hey! Watch out!" He called jumping behind Kyo to catch her from taking the harsh fall to the ground. As his body came into contacted with hers, smoke appear instantly. Dante peered around and realized he was holding onto a cat. 

As Kyo did her best to roundhouse kick Yoichi out of existence, a fist slammed into her stomach. She flew backward, vaguely aware of someone shouting, but mostly mentally cursing Yoichi to he.ll and back, and connected -- connected with something soft. Something soft that instinctively wrapped arms around her.

Smoke.

"Oh, fantastic," Kyo spat, standing on Dante's chest and glaring at him. Her right ear twitched with anger and her red fur was fluffed up. "You just couldn't leave well enough lone, could you?"

She jumped off of him and glared at Yoichi. "This. Is all. Your fault."  

((Is marching abdn already over?!?! I just got home from Greely so...it just seems to early))

Yoichi looked at Kyo standing with her fur all on end and laughed, yes laughed. The situation she had put herself in! She was pissed and at him non-the-less and that made it all the better.

"Its not my falt that you are meeting with random guys in the middle of the family forest." He rolled is eyes. He was still laughing but it had died down. "At least it wasnt ME that transformed." shifting his eyes to the boy who was going through the torment of having the pissed off cat in his face and having no clue what was going on.

"I guess we'll have to take him to the head of the family." Just what he wanted to do on his summer break, get yelled at but them. "You stupid cat shouldnt be killing the poor trees anyway,"

 Kaiyo closed her eyes, to mediate on her day. It seemed to be slightly boring and draining of her zealous attitude to be stuck inside and not able to rustle with drama every now and again. Hiroyuki located back to his previous spot, though Kaiyo couldn't help but think how it felt to be sports active again. She loved to run when she was little, it helped her understand and able to bare the Sohma curse. The wind drifting through Kaiyo's hair, the smooth feeling on her face...the blood pressuring through her veins to keep her body warm on those cold winter evenings helped her feel free. She rolled to Hiroyuki's direction, placing her hands underneath her head, Kaiyo gave a swift sigh,

 "Would you like to go running sometime?" Her smile drifted to the edges of her mouth. 

 Blinking to grasp the concept of the weird events, Dante just stared down at the orange cat that was pressed against his chest. His cheeks burned red with embarr@ssment, it was evident that he did not quite understand what was going on. Dante pursued his hand towards the cats head to smooth out the ruffled fur, though it jumped away before he could do anything about it. 

 "I-I'm sorry?" Dante questioned, "Yoichi? If you w-wouldn't mind, please explain why...this girl is a cat?" 

 The aura of the situations was odd, Dante had a strong feeling that the cat was still the strange girl. Though he would really like to ask questions but, he impended that would be rude to bare down the new found person with questions.
