"We shoud be getting back," Zolo said, hiccuping a bit. He sat up, but couldn't quite manage to stand. Voltaïr picked him up, sighing softly. "Hey, um... dog," Zolo called to Kirsti. "Do you have anywhere to stay?"
Voltaïr sighed. "She already hates me, Zolo," he muttered. "Don't torture her." A glare from his twin shut him up. Zolo placed a hand on his cheek, moving to where their faces were mere inches from each other, making it seem like they were about to kiss even though they weren't.
"Mother said it's bad to leave people and animals on the street," he reminded. Voltaïr sighed, closed his eyes and nodded.

Kirsty looked at him before turning human "no i dont have anywhere to stay but i can easily sleep on the street if it is needed" she said to Zolo nicely while glaring at Voltaïr abit.

"You can stay with us, providing you sleep as a wolf, but you can't completely ignore Voltaïr," Zolo said, sounding a little shy now that he was talking to a human. "You don't understand how hard it was to turn me."
Voltaïr looked unhappy at this statement even though it was true. However, he kept his mouth shut for fear of making Kirsti even madder.

Kirsty smiled at Zolo and nodded "im more comfy sleeping as a wolf anyway" she said smiling before walking over to him "your blush is so cute" she said with a giggle.

Zolo blushed a little depper, making Voltaïr grin. "Little brother has a crush," he chuckled softly.
Not answering him, Zolo asked Kirsti, "What's your name so that I can call you by it?" He glanced up at his brother, who nodded and started walking.

"I'm Voltaïr, not that it'll help to tell us apart," the older one sighed softly. "But who knows, maybe you can..."

Voltaïr bit back a response, not wanting to aggravate Kristi any more than he had.

Kirsty looked at Zolo "i dont like him because he could have waited atleast a little bit before turning you and if he had listened before he would have heared humans not that far so he didnt have to drink from you" she said with a sigh.

"But I wanted to be turned then," Zolo objected. "Besides, it's unsafe to attack humans in they're in groups. There weren't any single humans walking around. Blame me, not him."
Voltaïr smiled a bit, appreciating how Zolo was trying to stick up for him even though he was still blushing.

"I tried, brother," Zolo sighed, leaning his head against Voltaïr's shoulder.
"I know. Thank you," he replied quietly. "It's fine. She's allowed to hate me..."
Zolo looked unhappy, but nodded. It wasn't long before they arrived at their small house, Zolo being set down to his feet so that his twin could open the door.

They walked inside, Zolo feeling better now. Almost immediately they began criss-crossing the house, neither one making a sound and so, if Kirsti wasn't keeping a careful tab on Zolo, it would be very easy to mix them up.
Finally they sat down on the couch in the t.v. room, bags of food and several unopened drinks on the table in front of them.
"I love days off," Zolo sighed, leaning slightly against Voltaïr. "Hah, it's my turn to choose the channel..." he said with a grin, turning the t.v. on.

Voltaïr sighed softly. "Come in, and close the door if you don't mind," he called.
"You don't have to wait to be granted permission to come inside the house," Zolo added.
Voltaïr rested his head on Zolo's shoulder; now it was impossible to tell who was who.
