Powers: Anthony is able to use the water vapor in the air to create ice shards that he can send shooting at his opponents with a flap of his wings and create ice shields using the same method. He can also use the air in his lungs and water that he can store in a water sack next to his stomach to make bubbles to trap his opponents or mix with special poison in his system to cause them to explode violently on contact. He is also a strong flyer thanks to his light frame and large wings and lungs.
