The place a school, where they teach young demons/espers/mages etc (13- 18 human years), how to control their powers. It is a neutral place, therefore it does not, as a school body, interupt any quarels going on between pupils, unless it is a potential threat to the school, or potential death to other pupils/staff. (basicaly, when they can control their powers and leave, they can choose weather to defend/take over the world, or act neutral.)
   Its a fantasy bording school for the exceptional. It is located inside a magic barrier, in a temperal dimetion. (i think i made that up o.o) so any non-magical human, will pas straight through it, and it will seem like nothing is there.

-Plot-
   Hikari is a late term pupil. she was found by one of the school scouts who said they could help her. It is currently the weekend, so there are no school lessons, and many of the pupils are at the village that is close to the school. (just think harry potter style.) there are three different ability groups. low, moderate, and threat. bacicaly, if you choose to be in the low cl*censored*, Neko-people (born with cat ears and tail), healers,that kind of thing and it is quiet easy to control.  threat are your pupils who have different, and dangerous powers, that need more guidence.  neocromancers, control over blood and werewolfs are my examples. (just because you choose to be in the threat cl*censored*, doesnt mean you want world domination, like my character).

Hikari, is put in the Threat ability group, because her ability is a pyromaniac. (looses control when lots of bad energy, and can start flash fires.)

Your character can be in any of the ability groups, or a teacher. (not too many teachers) but if you choose to be in the threat cl*censored*, you cant be a vampire (big no no) or a pyro. Shapeshifters can have up to three other ANIMAL forms. Any romance keep PG-15. Oh, and there is no uniform.

Ability: Ryu is a shapeshifter/esper, and has control over shapeshifting and is a clairvoyant. Her three animal forms are a Greater Kestrel, European Wolf and Leopard.
History/Persona: Ryu is very shy and doesn't want world domination, but her shapeshifting abilities are slightly warped and she is often taken over by the personality of the animal she currently is using. The Greater Kestrel is the calmest animal of the three and the one Ryu is most comfortable, while the Leopard is the most vicious. The European Wolf is mostly neutral because of the pack tendency and doesn't strike out much.
Appearance:
HUMAN: Ryu is quite short, even for a human and has tanned, golden skin that seems to glow in the sunlight. She has long, graceful limbs, and stands at only 5.3" tall. She has waist length silver hair and likes to wear black skinny jeans and a light blue tank top, or  demin shorts with a violet pullover over a white short-sleeved blouse. Her eyes are a striking blue.
GREATER KESTREL: When in Kestrel form, Ryu looks like the typical Greater Kestrel, only much smaller and slimmer, also with strange silver feathers mixed into the ones on her neck and wings. She also has a demi form of this, where her wings are white with black, red and silver mixed in.
EUROPEAN WOLF: When a European Wolf, Ryu is a dark russet color with odd silver bands on her legs and silver hairs mixed into her ruff. Her size is very tiny and she looks almost emaciated in this form.
LEOPARD: Ryu's leopard form is the most conspicuous, being a bright silver leopard with dark blue, almost black, spots. Her size is smaller yet again than the typical leopard, but she possesses twice the strength.
