Personality: Pandor is a rather cockey young pokemon, who often snaps at other is he does not agree. He finds the night sky calming as that is and when he evolved from an eevee. Although he initially found his new form somewhat annoying, he has learnt to accept himself as his new flying genes help him combat the fighting types. Likes: gazing at the starsand flying. Dislikes: Water and chesto berries. Crush: N/A History: Pandor, like many other hybrids, was originally a one breed pokemon, He was fused with a togatic, however he did not come out as they expected. one major thing that puzzled the scientists, is that his tail elongated and split to three separate colours: black, red and blue.
