Asimi lay down in her bunk and watched her egg, having nothing else to do. She noticed that it was moving more than it had been before, in the Hatchery. "Hey, Clayx. Come look!" she called her room-mate.

Kaia put her eggs down on a soft nest of blankets. She pulled out a plain notebook filled with dragon sketches. Flipping the pages till she found a blank one, she started to draw the eggs.

Asimi looked up. "My eggs moving more!" she exclaimed happily. "I think they're hatching soon!"

Kaia yawned, she looked down at the finished drawings and felt really good about them. She heard Aldia yell loudly. "What? Let me see!" she exclaimed.

( ^^ Welcome back, sorry my reply took so long, my computer aparently has viruses and it's a pain to get on the internet now so just an fyi my post may come slower for a while. )

Aldia looked up when she heard Kaia yell "hu? What?" she asked confused. Pushing hair from her eyes she looked back down at her word search booklet setting down her pencil for a moment to rub her eggs shell softly, it shook a little harder than before and she laughed. "Whatcha doin?" she asked the other girls.

"My eggs are hatching!" she exclaimed happily. "Look!" she pointed to the indigo Zuzeca egg. It was shaking and shuddering viciously. Suddenly, a small crack appeared in the shell and a small talon poked out.

((Same thing happened to mine, actually. It was a trojan that developed into a worm. I'm on a whole new hard drive here.))

Dravius jumped and dropped his things as the egg let out a squeak and a sharp retort of claws against egg rang out. He gazed at the egg as it shuddred and several cracks appeared in the surface. A peice of egg rose slowley on top of the egg to reveal a deep eye socket in a silver skull. Dravius smiled and brought his hand next to it. It clicked it's jaws and gave Dravius a glare, although the structure of this particular Zuzeca's skull had a permanent grin embedded in the bones.

"Ooh, it hatched" Aldia said in an excited tone, standing next to Kaia looking at her and the small Zuzeca. "Hm... I wonder" she turned back around to her bed where her egg was, still shaking violently. She rested a finger on the shell and it cracked. Aldia smiled widely looking at the egg closely. The shell cracked open an the small head of her new little light dragon poked out. She giggled "hi!" the little dragon drew back in. "Oops, did I scare ya?" her voice dropped to a soft whisper and the little dragon poked it's head back out before breaking the rest of the way from the shell tumbling over itself clumsily. Aldia laughed "good job" she said and grabbed the small dragon in her hands softly cradling it against her chest. "How're you buddy?" she asked and it gave a sort of squeeking chirping noise in reply.
