" Yeah...about that. You see, most people don't like these two Shadow Benders. If I were to let them out, there could be riots. I suppose if you really wanted to learn, I could set up secret training sessions, but letting them go free completely just won't do. If you manage to convince the public not to kill them, then they can leave. " Zuko said. In his time as Firelord, he had quickly learned not to anger the people of his nation to much. He didn't want to get over thrown, after all.

" Well, you never know with these people. " Zuko muttered under his breath, " Fine. They can leave. Be careful though. There are quite a few people out there who would do anything to get those two dead. " Zuko told a gaurd to go get the two, hoping that they hadn't been treated badly. He certainly didn't want to get this new avatar mad at him. Things weren't really going well for him lately with Logan and he didn't want things to get to worse between himself and the avatar.

Zoruna limped slowly out of the bright room, feeling a little better after stepping into the shadows. When she caught sight of the avatar, she struggled to stand up straight on her own. She managed to stay standing long enough to bow. "We are forever in your debt." Zoruna smiled, and that had been the first in many days since they were taken. Zoruna's strength dissapeared and she fell into a world of black.

Kliy left the room as well, watching the Avatar carefully. She wasn't sure wether she could trust him like her sister did. Sure, he was the avatar and all, but he still might be one of those people who wanted her dead. She wondered why they were being taken out of their cell anyways. Was it so they could go and be killed? Something told her no to her question. The strange thing was, it feltlike the shadows told her that. The shadows! kliy just realized how different it felt to be back in the shadows! It made her feel more at ease, more powerful. She felt like Shadow Bending out of sheer happiness of being returned to the shadows. |

Awakening under a tree, Zoruna began look for things around her. she found her sister but there was a third presence she did not recognize. She pull what ever shadows were near and hid from the strange man... for some reason, the face was familiar but Zoruna couldnt remember where she had seen it from... She stayed invisible for as long as she thought about this man's identity, and held her breath as she watched her twin and the man awakened.

Zoruna trembled. "Who are you? What do you want from us? We didnt do anything wrong, I promise." Her trembling didnt cease even as she looked at his soft eyes. Zoruna knew she could trust him, but she couldnt remember why.

Kliy awoke to find a terrified looking Zoruna and Logan trying to calm her down. " Kliy, this is Logan. He got us out of jail to teach him Shadow Bending. There'ss no need to worry. He's the Ava- " Kliy paused mid sentences as something caught her attention. She didn't know how, but she knew someone was preparing to shoot her with an Arrow. She immediatly ducked just as an arrow zipped right past where her head had been and stuck in the tree's trunk. Another arrow followed, but this time Kliy instinctively raise up a wall of shadows with one hand. The shadows caught the arrow and dropped it to the ground. Kliy looked to where the Arrows had come from, but whoever shot them ducked out of view just quick enough to keep her from getting a good look at them. " What was that about? "

"KLIY, ARE YOU ALL RIGHT!" Zoruna screamed as she ran over to her twin, crying in her fear. "You said something about the avatar? Funny, I was pretty sure I knew his face.." She trailed off not finishing the thought out loud. Zoruna remembered talking to someone back at the jail before fainting but she couldnt see their face, for it was shrouded in shadow. "I wonder why that is." she said under her breath.
