Well, to get Vouchers, it's a random event.  And to pay in the Voucher shop, you must present a Voucher and the TU to pay for that item.  Except it's cheaper TU than the regular price at the Voucher shop. ^^

What are 'Random Events'?

Lola, they're events that happen while you're going around the site.  Such as 'You've stumbled upon a pile of TU!' or 'You've stumbled upon a Mad Emote Squishy!' Stuff like that.
