Jason blinked a few times, startled at his own actions. He hadn't been thinking clearly; he'd let his anger control his actions. "You know what?" he snapped suddenly, not looking at either of them. Justin looked shocked and embarr*censored*ed. "This was a bad idea in the first place." He started to walk away, not looking at Hanna as he said, "I'll see you around...maybe."

Hanna looked after him, helpless. Sure, she had only known him for three days, but she thought she had grown to love him, and she wanted to tell him that. And now, because of one,stupid, persistent jock, shed never see him again. And because she wasn't 'with him'.. No one would probably ever see him again.
Hanna tried to think of anything but Jason. So, she focysed on the jerk who aused the mess..

{ Okie. P: } Jason walked into school, pushing his hood off of his head so he could shake out his soaking hair. It was storming outside; it seemed like the weather was in tune with his mood. Impatient and irritated, he fiddled with his lock, then whipped open his locker. He didn't have any homework done, and he also had gotten caught skipping. All that time wasted... Slamming it back shut, he whirled around in front of his locker, science books clutched to his chest.

Hanna walked into the school, ignoring the rain and all the people around her. Sure, she kind of missed him, but it wasn't like they had been dating for years. She walked to her locker, a breath of releif when she saw he wasn't there. She grabbed her books, smiling at the farmiliar sound of cheerleaders and jocks flocking around her as she walked towards the cl*censored*, then they all flocked aweay when she walked into cl*censored*.

Jason sat in the back corner of the room, science book open but remaining unnoticed. He was too busy watching Hanna walk in, looking away from her only to see Justin gazing timidly in his direction. He felt a new power over the bully, but paid it no attention. Instead, he only looked grumpily at his science book, remembering that he had skipped the day before, and that his parents were probably getting the phone call right now.

The bell rang, and just as the teacher started to begin today's lesson, the PA system blared overhead. "Jason Frost, report to the office. Jason Frost, to the office." Grimacing, he stood up, not looking forwards to being called out for skipping. He slid past Hanna's desk, only glancing at her for a moment, half-hoping she'd get called down too. But then again, he hoped she didn't. Because his mother was likely to have a conniption fit.

Hanna scowled as she was called to the office. It sooo wasn't worth skipping. She dragged her feet as she walked to the office, walking in slowly, staring blankly around.

As soon as he got to the office, his mother exploded. She shrieked at him, saying how disappointed she was in him, and how this was so out of character. She glared at Hanna, muttering a "this was her fault, wasn't it?", and grabbed hold of his arm, giving him a look that meant they'd better take this into the hall.

Jason sighed, watching his mother leave as he rubbing his cheek miserably. It stung from where she'd slapped him. He blinked, glancing back into the office at Hanna, then wandered back towards his locker. He didn't feel like going back to cl*censored* yet. Instead, he sat down, leaning against his locker with his elbows propped up on his knees and his head in his hands.

after bring told her punishment, she was told to get her books for her next l*censored* because the bell was gonna ring. Unwilling to talk to him, she oppened her locker and got her stuff with out a sound.

Jason didn't get up, only continuing to sit on the ground. He felt emotionally drained. He didn't know what to feel anymore. He was mad at his mom. He was embarr*censored*ed for being yelled at. He was annoyed, angry, and sick with himself. He was disgusted with Justin. He was sad because he and Hanna weren't talking. And he really, really liked Hanna... He sucked in a deep breath. All he needed was a minute to himself.

Jason blinked a few times, frowning, as he realized Hanna was standing next to him. He blinked up at her, saying nothing, cheek still stinging slightly. He continued to frown, still staying silent. What was there to say?
