Shadow,not used to eggs being so warm looked down with wide eyes,fearing something had went wrong. Then her wings went over herself and the eggs as she inspected the eggs very carefully.
I\'m extremely sorry for my absence. I\'ve been very busy and was recently attacked by 3 dogs and am currently recovering.

the neotropical dragon egg liked being warm, in fact it was much warmer than the others and quiet bright, standing out like a white spot on black paper

Head tilted,Shadow picked the egg up in her jaws and placed the egg between her feet to inspect it further.

it was smaller as well and slightly damp as if it prefured humid environments, it shook slightly and a small crack formed

Eyes squinted Shadow watched the egg and felt that it may be hatching sooner than her own and smiled her awkward smile.

Shadow knew she may harm the hatchlings if she helped it get out and only watched until she felt her own eggs cracking more. She looked at them and said aloud,"I think this egg has quickened their hatching."

the shell finally opened up and a tiny snake like dragon crawled out, it was bright lime green with bright orange stripes all over its body

meanwhile... and female dragon flew down infront of the cave, one of her wings was bleeding and she could barely fly, she looked around for a place to hide, holding her egg in her mouth |

Blood caught the scent of blood and looked outside,seeing a dragoness and grinned evilly. "That's a bad cut you've got there,miss.",he said in his demonic voice and then he stared at the female,waiting for her to respond.

Blood snarled at the sound of the word and said,"Once more they've hurt our kind..." His plan to drink the dragoness' blood faded as he looked outside again,seeing the dragon barely appearing over some rocks he rushed the dragoness outside and down the cavern.
