Personality: Soul is very out-going and playful, but has a bad habit of getting into things that aren't exactly 'right'. She can be rough and ruthless, but loves having friends, even if she doesn't have many. She has a very sunny and child-like personality.

History: Her mother died giving birth and her father died in the war a few years ago, therefore, she lives in an orphanage.

Appearance: Soul has long black hair that goes down her back in long curls. She is very tan, having been born in the south before moving to the quiet city of Severn, Maryland. Her eyes are a light hazel brown and she almost always wears her father's dog tags around her neck. She has a few bracelets and a watch on her right wrist. She is petit and small, about 5 feet 6 inches tall. Her outfits usually consist of long skinny jeans and tanktops with hooded sweaters.

Other: She gets attacked by a vampire and changed to one. ^^

((Oi, I have buisy hours. Sorry, I would have been on sooner, but my friends guilted me into watching a movie. Gah. Alright, give me a minute. It's usually only Thursdays I'm buisy, so, bleh.))

Name: Kiddonu Kou Gairon ("Kou," is 'light/peace' in Japanese)

Age: 19

Persona: Erm, He's very personable and determined around vampires. Once he's his mind set on destroying anything, he will either do so or dye trying. Though his deffensive wall is very thick and hard to break down, once one gains his trust there's no breaking it and he'd give himself up for one in less than a heartbeat. (Sorry, I'm not verry good at this part.)

History: His parents' wereabouts are completely unknown. He was left on the steps of an NYC orphanage. Before he can remember, he was sent off to an English orphanage. He doesn't remember running away or p*censored*ing out on the catholic church steps, but the preists always told him that it was fate that brought him there, half- dead. Turns out they started a facility to hunt and track down creatures of evil, the main focus being vampires. When he was skilled enough, he left England and began to travel the world. He spent the most time in Germany, Japan, then Korea and speaks the languages fairlt fluently. Only more recently he came to America, about three years ago. It's quiet and simple, but has kept in contact with the Roman Catholic churches in his quest to vanquish vampires.

Appearance: Something like this. His right eye is colorblind due to a vampire attack some years ago. It's become rather dull and green flecked due to this. It's extreamly noticable when you first see him, but becomes hardly noticable after one gets used to it. His hair is strait and silky, curling slightly twards the end, so he tries to keep it short. He never takes off his cross necklace.

I smiled, my arms crossed behind my head as I walked the streets casually, on my way back home with my best friend. The sun was going down because I had gotten out of school later, but it was nice and the temperature was cool. I opened my light hazel brown eyes, turning around and walking backwards to face my friend. "It's finally Friday, huh?" I chuckled, then looked up to meet his eyes. "That means Movie night! Do you think I could sleep over today?" I smiled once more. I swung my backpack onto my right arm, several doodles and pieces of writing all over. One specific thing seen on my backpack was the big 'Decepticon' marking. I was oddly 'in-love' with the movie, Transformers, but it wasn't like I obsessed about it too much. Right? I laughed, "What about Transformers?" I spoke in a deep voice, "Revenge of the Fallen." Then laughed louder.

Kou laughed, too. He was constantly reminded how much he loved Soul's company. They'd become fast friends since he came to America. The move time he spent with her, the easier it was to forget about the vampires that lurked. Kou hadn't told Soul anything about what he really was, or what danger was really out there. He felt so guilty about it. He was a slayer, not a student just going into a small, local colladge.

"I still havn't seen the first one, Soul." Kou laughed with her, meeting her eyes. They had sleep- overs often and went to a movie every Friday night, prey for the two or three times he had to quickly make up an excuse because his duities had needed him. He nudged Soul's shoulder playfully, thinking. "But I geuss I do owe you from last time, huh?"

Kou's "family reunion" had come up last week, and he'd flied to Kansas to help excicute a murdourous group of inexperianced vampires that was turning the whole world over. He wouldn't have had to go if the rest of the American slaying team hadn't messed up so horrably. It had been a bloody exsecution and took longer than expected, so he had to skip over last week's movie night with Soul. Thoughts about telling her had been plauging his mind, as each time he left then returned made him feel even worse. The only reason he did keep comming back to this town, however, was because of Soul. He didn't want to leave her, but rather protect her from anything that might be out there.

He shifted his backback on his shoulders a little with his hands, breifly revealing the cross shaped tatoo on the inside of his left wrist, something the English church had given him when he'd agreed to train to slay vampires. They all had it, as if it served as some sort of tracking or identification system durring a steak- out, or if one of a group got seperated.Those few that failed and got turned themselves were quickly killed and later burned in a grand funeral behind the little church in England. Kou never went to the burnings, as if would mean comming up with even more excuses to stay away from Soul.

 Mathew moved quickly and silently through the dense bushes along the side of the empty pavement. His eyes glowed crimson in the quickly dimming light. He felt his fangs slide unintentionally out as a familiar scent reached his nostrils. Human. There were two of them, laughing as they walked down the street. The familiar cross tatoo on the male's wrist betrayed the fact that he was a slayer. The enemy. The female was probably his mate, what humans called girlfriends. Mathew knew he would hit a nerve with this slayer if a meal was made of her. And, after all, if he didn't feed soon, Mathew knew his demons would take over and he would loose control of himself. He would follow them for a while before attacking, just to be sure they were truly alone.
