Kat woke in the mourning to Nat running in her room and jumping up and down on her bed, "Kat, wake up lazy butt. We have to go take care of the horses." She called before Kat reached up and pushed her off the bed.
"You go do it. Killer`s probably still asleep anyways like you are." Kat looked over at the clock, reading the bright red numbers, "Nat it`s 3 in the mourning." She hissed before laying back down and covering her head with the pillow.
Nat stuck her tounge out at Ket before walking out of her sister`s room, and running outside. She ran out to the barn and over to Killer`s stall. She sighed when she saw Kat was right, Killer was still asleep.
She stuck her tounge out at Killer, then ran over to Black Heart`s stall, "Mourning Bud." She said with a giggle. Cody lay on his back staring at the ceiling. He looked over at Sinister nudged his side. He sat up and pulled straw out of his hair. He then stood and walked out of Sinister`s stall, "Hey Nat, you`re up early." He said before walking into the feed room.
Nat smiled and ran after him, "Yup. I tried to wake Kat up, but she pushed me off the bed." She said quickly.
Cody didn`t listen, he just kept nodding his head, then handed Nat a bucket of feed and walked back out.
Nat giggled and followed him out, and followed him over to Sinister`s stall.

Charlie was dropped off at the farm by someone he didn't know. His father was taken away from him yesterday and no one was really explaining to him what was going on. He grabbed his suit cases and as soon as he got out of the car the person drove away. He sighed and carried his bags a little ways before setting them on the ground. He looked around and saw the stable and the house. He sat on his bags, not really knowing what was going to happen to him.

Yep! He said in his mind. ____________ Akila ran to Rain's stall. "Hey cutie!"She said. Rain moved her head around. "Calm down girl."Akila said. Rain was still. "Good girl." ___________________ Shane woke up. He dragged himself to Kappilk's stall. They played around like they usually did.

Nat giggled again and walked back to Black Heart`s stall. She walked in and poured the food from the bucket Cody gave her, into his food trough. She set the bucket on the ground and put him happily.

Nat smiled and piked up the bucket and walked out of the stall, locking it securly behind her. She giggled again and ran back to Sinister`s stall as Cody walked out, then she gave him the bucket and started following him around again.

The owners of the camp went over to Charlie. "Oh, it's so nice to finally meet Rachel's little boy!" the woman squealed. "I'm Jenny and this is my husband Jared." "Howdy, partner." the man said while tipping his hat. "Here let me take your bags." the guy bent forward and picked up the small suit cases. "Follow me and I'll show you to your room." They walked to this semi-big house and walked up the stairs. Off to the left was a small bedroom with a small bed. The man put the Charlie's bags on the bed and walked downstairs, motioning for Charlie to follow. "Now we will show you your horse." Jared said, leading Charlie to the stable. Inside was a coal black horse. "His name's Prince, he will be your horse for the time being."

Kat walked into the barn, yawning silently. She walked over to Killer`s stall and walked in. She tapped the mare on the shoulder then layed on the floor, "We need to wake up." She said, "Wanna go for a run, then eat when we get back?" She asked looking up at her horse.
Killer nodded her head(Yes horses can do that, I had a horse that answered yes or no questions.)
Kat sighed and got back up and lead Killer out and tied her to the stall bars, then got her tack and put it all on, "If anyone needs us we`ll be out by the lake, and do me a favor....don`t need us." She said, mainly to Nat, before riding off. Nat stuck her tounge out after he sister, then continued following Cody around till he walked back into Sinister`s stall. |

"I'm Charlie, nice to meet you." he replied. He saddled up Prince and mounted him. "Mind if I go for a little ride? To get to know Prince." "Not at all." Jared answered "And here." he handed Charlie a cowboy hat. "You might need this, it's mighty sunny out today." Charlie smiled as he grabbed the hat and placed it on top of his head. He held the reins and tapped Prince lightly with his foot. Prince trotted out of the stable and onto the pasture.

Akila got on Rain. "Come on girl."She said. Rain jumped the fence safely. Shane says not to do that but oh, well. Rain started trotting. Then she went to a full run.

Cody sighed and saddled up Sinister. He was about to mount up when he noticed Nat trying to carry Black Heart`s tack. He sighed and walked over to her and took the tack.
Nat was small for her age so it was hard for her to carry the tack and saddle the horses, though she never had a problem mounting or riding.
Cody stood there as Nat went into Black Heart`s stall to lead him out.
