tendency- to act with out speaking ax. getting into fights, back talking to cops, sometimes gets arrested/ is really hyper and loves annoying her brother (jotto) and is lesbian.

Jotto was walking to the park for some fresh air, with his sister beside him. He looked at her with a smile "Jessi have you found any girl you like?" he asked not knowing what else to say.
Jessi blushed with embaraccment "no,not yet." She said and frowned and looked at Jotto "What about you Jotto?" She asked in return to his question.
Jotto looked at her little sad "i like a girl named Ace, but i think she likes someone else." he said with a frown. He knew Jessi felt sorry for him.
