James woke the next morning on his own, that was a first in a long time. Usually it was either Adam waking him up needing something, or the alarm clock. Sometimes Alex would show up. He suddenly sat up, understanding why it was odd to wake up on his on, the alarm clock didn't go off. He was going to be late for work! He looked to the alarm clock to see that it said 7:39. He as so late! He was supposed to be up at 6:00 and be there by 7:00. He started to move to the edge of the bed. Wait! It was Saturday! His day off and the first day of summer break. "Damn." He curse quietly, the whole sleep deprivation as getting to him. He went to lay back down and looked over to Luke and Adam. Both soundly sleeping in the same position that they had fallen to sleep in. James smiled a small smile at the two of them before he covered back up. He wasn't going to be able to go back to sleep. Not completely at least, but he could still rest until the two of them woke up. If he was this tired, he could only imagine how exhausted Adam must be. The unnatural strain on his body and all. He closed his eyes, allowing his dark hair to fall into his face.

Adam shifted himself just a little, cradling the sleeping Luke against him. It wasn't anything against James of course, it was --oddly enough-- just his maternal instincts working. He was still so exhausted, though, that he remained totally asleep when his lover began to move around.
Luke, however, was a different story. The little baby squirmed, starting to whimper as he woke up. He gave a soft hiccup, telling what he was about to do. He was about to cry and it was going to be a loud one.

James heard little Luke wake up and looked at him, realizing what he was going to do and didn't want it to wake up Adam. He gently took Luke from Adam and sat up with him. "Hey, Luke." He said quietly, "Shhh~ You don't wanna wake Adam." He took the small baby in his arms. He moved his hair out of his face, maybe cutting it was a good idea?

(Nope. Been busy with band again. P:)
Adam mumbled something under his breath, shifting again when James took Luke. He was far too deep inside his dreams to notice, the poor teen basically out of energy.
Luke squirmed, letting out a whine as his little fingers curled up into fists. The little baby was hungry, but he had no way to convey this other than crying, so if he wasn't fed soon, then Adam was about to get woken up in the worst way possible.

(( Oh ohkaey =3 )) James figured that he was hungry and was glad that they had gotten some food for him earlier in the week. He went to the small kitchen that was conveniently located inside of his and Adam's dorm room. He was extremely nervous about holding the baby with only one arm to reach the cabinet for the baby formula mix but managed without dropping him so that was good. Next he started to boil the water to get ready for Luke. "Sorry, Luke," James said quietly to him as he filled the pot and put it on the stove, he didn't want to wake up Adam quite yet. "There isn't any ready..." After a few more minutes and Luke still hadn't burst into tears James set the water to the side to cool and then mixed the formula according to the direction on the back of the container. He poured that into a ready bottle and took him to sit in the recliner, making sure that it wasn't too hot before he offered it to him. He rested on one side of his body, the recliner was over sized so he could pull his legs into the hair with him. He gave Luke the bottle, "There you go~" he said as small suckling noises filled the large space along with the distant ticking of a clock.
