Klarissa was calmed down a bit when the Boomer was shot and exploded in a rather nice fountain of bile, some of it flying up to land on the Hunter's hoodie. The Infected around her gave her a crazed look, and that was all the warning she had. She crouched and swiftly leapt away, bounding around the rooftop with a horde following her, screeching as she went. The pipe bomb outside exploded, and she was on that side of the roof, ending up with even more guts and gore on her hoodie. Misjudging a jump, she ended up jumping through the open skylight, and flopped on the ground, finally getting off the last of the bile. "Aw, crap. There's no replacement for this thing. What am I supposed to do--" She glanced up to see the Survivors there, and crouched, ready to leap away if needed. "Aw, crap."

Nick pointed his weapon to the unexpected hunter. "Damn infected flying from ever open place!" Though when it spoke he shut up. It wasn't every day of this apocolypse that some infected started to talk. Paloma stopped to stare at the Hunter. She inched herself slowly over to Ellis incase of emergency. "It talked guys.." she whispered quietly enough for the three of them to hear. She was close enough to Ellis that she stopped and took a step back. She wanted no part of being near it.

Ellis stared at the little hunter wide eyed. Never in the whole time of being in the apocolypse had he seen and infected talk like a normal human, it was just stunning, he couldnt say anything, just stood there, stunned, he gripped Paloma's hand tightly to add security. Dani sat up and wiped the puke off her face, groaning and saw the hunter. "HUNTER, GUYS!" she yelled and pushed Klarissa away with her gun, not hearing her speak.

Klarissa watched the Survivors with just as much shock and apprehension as them, suprised they hadn't shot her yet. It was just then that she got shoved by one Survivor, who'd been down. She pounced the Survivor out of reflexes, but just had her pinned to the ground, not attacking her. Klarissa gave the Survivor a somewhat smug look, before backing off, at least three feet away, and only two from the closest window. "Eh, sorry about that. Reflexes, ya know? Not every day that a Hunter is sighted and lives more than a few seconds, eh?"

Paloma shouted from over Ellis's shoulder," Its not everyday you see an infected ZOMBIE talk to you!!" She had stayed behind Ellis, not moving from her spot, and started to breathe heavily. Nick grabbed his courage to walk over to the hunter and point his gun to it. "I don't like the fact of the hunter talking or even being here." Nudging the hunter with the gun he also added," A zombie is a zombie. Brain-dead idiots."

Ellis stepped foward and looked at Nick. "Well you noticed she aint attackin? The talkin...the not attackin...maybe shes differ'nt from them others..." he pointed out calmly, looking at the hunter, then Nick, then Dani. Dani didnt move, terrified, her heart was racing, her eyes were wide, breathing heavily, scared out of her wits. "SHOOT IT, NICK!" she yelled, shakily, still afraid from that pounce, then and there, she thought it was over and totally didnt trust this hunter one bit.

Klarissa stood up at this and pushed away the gun, obviously non-impressed. "Well, for one, I probably could have torn her guts out if I wanted to, the way you guys stood there like derps." She cast an accusing finger at Dani, before continuing. "Two, I am different indeed. I personally, hate attacking Survivors. No point. After all, we were once the same, were we not? Three, a zombie is not just a zombie, a zombie is a person, ya know? Have you ever tried talking to one? Not very socialable, but when they do chat, its a rather interesting conversation. Four, I am not brain-dead. I actually managed to remember most of my human life, thank you very much. Fourth, I'd prefer to not be shot. There's no medical care for us, and a bullet in me would be very painful. Shoot me if you will, but I can provide rather useful services. Five, would you prefer a Hunter here and talking, or one here and pouncing?"

Nick stood there with a dumbstruck face. He really didn't listen to it but only the end." I would rather it pounce so we could shoot its guts away and continue on with our mission to find some gas and leave this place." He had a serious face until Paloma in the back snickered at the word 'gas'. She was greeted with a glare from Nick, shutting her mouth immediatly. "Plus how could be any help to us?" His view slowly turned back to the little purple hooded hunter. He had much doubt in it.

Dani looked at Nick. "The effing thing POUNCED ME! Why aint you shootin it?! Nickyyy come onnnn..." she said, starting to whine, trying to go all puppydog face and pursuade him, giving him a hug, looking back at Paloma, sticking her tongue out at her, they had a bit of an inside joke about weather Nick liked her or not, Dani was just positively convinced he did, Paloma knew he didnt, not yet at least. (lol) Ellis looked at Dani. "Yes, yes she did but she didnt maul you, correct? It was a reflex, you shoved her first." he pointed out.

Klarissa gestured to Ellis, somewhat relieved. "See? He knows what he's talking about. Geez. Anyways, it's a long way to the fuel for which you are looking. And an extra set of eyes and a sharp set of claws would do you good. Give me a chance, at least. First sign of me turning on you, and you can shoot me." She held her hands up in a surrender. "Deal?" She wished they trusted her on this. It was her only chance of even living long enough to get out. Three of them wanted her dead, and she was sure the other one would follow suit if it came to it. She glanced at Dani. "And sorry about the pouncing. It was more out of shock than anything."

Nick stared at her and sighed. He started his way out the restuarnt and ignored everyone. He didn't want to bother with this anymore. It was done and he had no care to deal with it. Leaving everyone behind Paloma looked at them," Just as long as that thing doesn't so much or pounce me I'm good." She tightened Ellis's hat and ran off towards Nick so she could get far away from the talking hunter. She had tugged on Ellis's shirt before leaving and giving Dani that look for her to run along too.

Dani eyed the hunter carefully and gave a quick nod, letting her know it was forgiven, but the look in her eyed said to never do it again, she lifted her gun and cocked it (lol) before running off after Nick, p*censored*ing Paloma to get to him and walking side by side with him. "Crazy shiz going on back there, eh?" she said with a slight laugh. Ellis smiled at Klarissa and picked her up carefully, putting her on his back like a koala. "Want me to carry yah? I trust ye." he said as he began to walk.

Klarissa sighed in relief. Well, the worst was over. She was about to follow when she was suddenly picked up and she flailed for a moment, before being set on Ellis's back, panting. She calmed herself down, before replying. "It's good to know someone trusts me, but I usually prefer to walk. Anyways, I don't want to do anything that might upset anyone at all." She half-clung to him, not wanting to fall, but not really wanting to stay there either. She eyed the ground, but remained where she was. It would be rude to refuse without asking first, right?

Paloma followed behind the other two and looked back for the hunter and Ellis. Nick had looked down on Dani," Yea.. Sure. I don't want that hunter around but Ellis is bound to carry that thing like a pet. Whatever as long as its not near me." He looked forward and head shot a zombie. He seemed very unamused at the moment. He hated the thought of one of them following with the little group that was left of them.

Dani looked back at the hunter, then at Paloma, pointing at her eyes, then at Nick, queing for her to watch. Dani looked back at Nick. "Say, Nickummsss....can I ride on your back like that? It'll fend off them jockeys, makin them think you already got one on you...oh pleaaasee, Nicky?" she asked, looking up at him with puppydog eyes, hugging his arm. Ellis followed them, lagging behind a bit to get to know the hunter better, shooting a few commons on the way. "So whats yer name, missy?" he asked her.

Klarissa shifted a bit to center her weight, and crossed her arms on Ellis's head, laying her chin on top of her arms. "I'm Klarissa, and who are you lucky humans that I happened to come across?" She convieniently left out the part about her planning to follow them anyways, instead choosing to glance up at the sky. "Not more rain. We've already had nearly half a foot this week. Ugh. I hate rain. It soakes through my hoodie and I'm either soaked to the bone or confined inside." She grimaced, sighing. "Unavoidable, I guess."

Paloma Laughed as Dani tried to get a ride on Nick's back. He looked at her and was about to decline but Paloma gave him a little face. She nudged him mentally to do it. He groaned and bent down a little," Sure sure why not.... Only for a tiny bit of time!" He rolled his eyes and waited for her to jump on his back. As Paloma smiled she looked over at the hunter and Ellis. Frowning she turned back to looking forward and pouted. Out of just a tad bit of frustration she shot a zombie in the face, though he wasn't attacking them or anything.

Dani looked up at him adoringly. "You mean it? Really??" she said, happily as she climbed onto his back, resting her head on his shoulder, sighing happily, looking at the zombies ahead. As soon as they approached a house to go through, a spitter spat at Nick's feet, causing Dani to jerk his arms, to nudge him to move. Ellis smiled at her. "My names Ellis, but just call me Ellis...yeah..." he said, laughing a bit. "The girl with my hat is Paloma, the cranky guy in the suit is Nick, and his little stalker there is Dani...those two grow on you, trust me."

Klarissa yawned, displaying sharp teeth. Almost dying took alot off ya. She grinned at Ellis. "Nice to meetcha Ellis. And as far as anyone growin on me, I'd be happy to get out of here alive. They don't seem all too happy about me being here." She glanced at the ground again, slightly shifting her weight. "Hey, Ellis, mind letting me down? I'd prefer to stay on the ground, free myself up for some killin'." ((FAIL. DX))

Nick shouted," Ah I stepped in spitter goo!" He got out of it quickly. His poor shoes taking so much damage. He looked down at them and complained,"Oh my god I hate the zombie apocolypse! All its done is stuck me with strangers, ruined my suit, zombies and ruined my suit!" He ranted on about other stuff. Paloma looked at them two," Dont you ever, oh I don't know, talk about anything posistive? Its ruined my suit or your ranting a zombie out. Come on man!" She was just fed up of the complaining. Though she was complaining about his complaining, not really making much sense? She slugged down and saw another zombie running towards Ellis, quickly shooting its legs for it to fall down.
