"Why? Because perhaps you like to slaughter those who do. Kill an entire village to find one child that has yet to learn there potential, and possibly never master what has been passed down to them." The flecks in her iris' faded. "I-i'm sorry... We should get going." She said rather embarrassed, dipping her head and limping as she headed in the direction of her home.

Ned bl[injection]inked and stood still, watching the girl leave. She was very strange... He wondered if it was normal for her to have such mood swings. Maybe it was just a girl thing, and being that Ned was male, he wouldn't understand. Ned started walking, suddenly afraid that she would leave him if he didn't follow.

Most of the journey was spent in silence, primarily due to the distance both mentally and physically. Well this has bee a fun trip. She thought to herself, no pun intended (Tempest had fallen over on several occasions). Crossing her arms she looked over her shoulder to see the male still following her. She turned her head back to see Plato looking up at her from her fore-arm. "Well he doesn't seem bad." She told the chipmunk who would have been raising an eyebrow if he where in a more convenient form.
She paused at a rocky face draped in ivy and waited a little for him to catch up. "We are here." She told him, dropping her arms and turning to face him.

Ned raised an eyebrow. He couldn't see where 'here' was because of the trees, branches, and the girl in his way. He shifted to look around her to see the settlement below them.  It was medium sized and surrounded by a wooden wall that shimmered with magic. Ned could see people moving around, as well as something that looked like a market. "I thank you for bring me here." Ned told the girl.

"Your welcome." She replied rather sheepishly. "But erm, that isn't actually the village. It's a fake. It used to be a village, but it was pilgrimaged. The barrier you are probably seeing is caused by magic, but it is a blind spell that imprints onto a travelers brain whatever they think a village should look like." She blushed and then peeled back some of the vines draping down a rock surface beside her revealing more vines. "The real village is through this tunnel and in a clearing away from the 'outside'. Come through if you are okey with spiders and such." She said and then gave a light chuckle, pushing her way swiftly through the many la[injection]yers of vines.
Waiting on the other side she leant against the other side of the rocky surface, looking up at the trickle of water that came from up the mountain. Following it with her gaze down to the village it stood in all of its glory.
Home.

((*cough* hrmm, yes.))
