Each normal user adds one, while each mod or a user whose username starts with a vowel, minuses one.
eg.
UMAD: 1
Whit: 0
TROLOLOL: 1
UMAD: 0
IHERDULIEKMUDKIPZ: -1
ORLY: -2
YARLY: -1

Users starting with consonants (everything else) = +1 (to total score)
