They don't have a portal nexus, so there's no way to travel there.

The planet doesn't have a portal nexus because they were all exiled years ago. The planet is barren and stripped of growth and life due to storms. Also, their technology is not as good as it could be, so they can not provide travel for anybody other than their own planet's people.
