Winners will be drawn via a random number generator, and everyone is eligible for 1 prize.If your number is drawn for Tier 1, then you won't be entered into Tier 2 or Tier 3 draw. Same for if your number is drawn for Tier 2, you won't be entered into the Tier 3 draw.However, if there are more prizes left than entrants, then I will put ALL players back into the draw, and continue until all prizes are claimed.
