Why isn't this appearing in my wardrobe?

i got a "deluxe green cloak" and in the deion of it it says its wearable but it's not appearing in my wardrobe? Does anyone know why?

Deluxe green cloaks are one of the clothing items that doesn't have any art/is glitched. Eventually there will probably be art for it.

Items around the site are also used for games and quests. All clothing items were around before we even had an HA system, so it will be a while before art is drawn so that everything can be worn.
