I have been getting Value vouchers for Sharis shop as a rare random event, and I was wondering what exactly they do? I can't figure it out! I know I can spend them somewhere, but I haven't figured out where. Thanks! :D

They allow you to buy special items at Shari's Shop. Basically you can kind of get a two-for-one deal using the Value Vouchers. Like if I remember right, a two-pack of Azure Dye Kits were 6mil.
At the moment however, Shari's Shop isn't open, so you can't use the Value Vouchers.
