Sharing IPs with another user

Hi.
I didn't find anything about this, so I'm just asking, since I saw some notations on other user's profiles like
"Note to staff: I'm sharing IP with user XYZ".

My little sister "Runae" just started playing here, since she saw me hatching a Veram ^^
We're using the same computer, cause she doesn't have her own.
(Well I hope she gets one to her next birthday ^^)

Do we have to make that comment on our profiles?

99% of all our users share an IP address with someone else, whether they are aware of it or not. We do not use IP address to make decisions on whether someone is cheating or not, we use the activity logs instead. So no, you do not need to make a note. =)
