Problem with clothing

i am having problems with using some items i just got

Red Klaws Co. Boots (1) and i wanted to use it with this new holiday dress but when i went to change clothes the item was in my closet but not where i could actually put it on there are other items that say you can use this item but i can not put them on like a few different masks that i had already bought. they end up in my closet but i can not actually put them on

is there something i am doing wrong? or need to do to be able to use these items?

If a clothing item does not appear in the dream builder or your wardrobe, it has not had the art drawn to be wearable yet.

Look for them in the dream builder. If they are not in the dream builder, they cannot be worn yet. That is how you know.

ok and if they are there ? what if you can not wear them even if they are there in dream builder

ok i just looked and the
Red Klaws Co. Boots (1)  are not in the dream builder nor the other masks i had bought

Careful about paying attention to the dates of threads. Posting on a thread that's gone four weeks without a post is considered Necroposting and is against the Rules.

To answer your question, the Dream Builder is just a preview of all the wearable items on Res. You don't actually own them, so you can't have them show up on your saved Human Avatar. If you want an item you've seen in the Dream Builder, you'll have to go out and buy that item from either a NPC shop or User Shop.
