I had around 3500 tu on hand, and then I had negative 355 tu. How is this possible? I think it might have been because I upgraded my showroom, but it is still strange.
I tested my theory, and it is correct. It is possible to upgrade the showroom when you don't have enough tu, and it will make you have negative on hand tu until you balance it out again.
Yep, this is a known glitch that it won't stop you from buying Showroom space, even if you don't have enough Tu. Just be careful, but usually you'll notice rather quickly before you get too far into the Negatives.
