The flash games can be iffy as to whether or not you actually receive the TU when playing. I believe this is mostly due to the fact that the games are hosted on a 3rd-party site and data has to authenticate through them and us. You can try clearing your browsing history and cookies, etc. and then playing to see if it works, and it may work better in firefox than it will in chrome. But again it is flaky, and security settings or software custom to your computer can also interfere.
