Credits to Tu

Hi there, I just started this afternoon and I was wondering about the Credit system. 
It says under the uses that you can buy Credits and trade/change for Tu. 
I may be missing something blindingly obvious but I've looked around and I'm not sure. 
Is it just referring to the fact that people will trade you their Tu for Credits or 
is there an actual ed transferral on the website that'll change the credits into Tu?
Again, sorry if this seems like a dumb question but I wanted to make sure since it would 
affect the number of credits I purchased from just enough to buy the clothes 
and such to buying extra if it could be turned to Tu.

You can exchange there, but if you check user shops, you will see that it is much cheaper to buy from users :)

I am so blind, I was on that page but didn't see the extra link at the top there. 
Man I feel stupid, thanks for the help though!

Edit - The tokens themselves are just to give people so they can buy the special dye packs and such, right? It's not like a conversion say you buy the 1000 credit token, you can give it in to turn it into the equivalent Tu?

I'm not sure there even is a way to exchange credits for TU any longer - but there used to be. The exchange rate was 25% of what it cost to buy tokens with TU at that point, so it really wasn't worth it. They can be sold to other users, however.

When you click "use item" on a credit token, you are then given the amount of that token in credits to purchase things from the CS.

Ahh I get ya, yeah that's why I couldn't find such a thing, it probably doesn't exist haha.
It's just I didn't seen anyone selling Credits for Tu on the market forum thing, so I wasn't quite sure. Thanks though
