Normal User Posts: 989	To avoid these spammers and trolls in the SB, I propose this: A user's account must be at least one month old before the shoutbox is accessible. If that seems too long, maybe something like a week of waiting. This would eliminate things like the recent troll in the SB who was the originator of the usernames barackobama, hillaryclinton, etc. This troll continued to make new accounts just to spam repeatedly while 'waiting for her friend to pick her up.' It would also, I believe, greatly reduce people begging and spamming advertisements.

Normal User Posts: 221	I believe Patrick stated that Version 2 of rescreatu has e-mail confirmation.� That would reduce multi accounts and hopefully eliminate spammers. Of course, I like my idea too.� Shoutbox and forums shouldn't be accessable until people read every rule and check it off.� And there's the thread limit idea I posted too, only up to 3 new threads a day per person. "How sad the world is when everyone holds out their hand when you have something to offer, then withdraws it when you are in need."

And it would be a week long process, so they'd be busy doing stuff in the mean time. And also, Ohso mentioned that we could have a special subforum in the Support Thread for newbies and we could answer there questions there, because they usually use the SB for that stuff. � o 3o
