So. We have OAK pets. Why not User Submitted items? I mean, for some reason I had the sudden urge to make a broken jelly bean. ( when you collect 14, you can combine them into a 14broken jelly bean packet  which you can then give to your pet to gain the shattered glass effect. These items can relate to things from jut simple items you wish you had to things based off of a staff member's username.

The process could be relatively similar to the oak pet process, where you pay to go step by step with artist and writer to create a new item for res to enjoy. You could decide the rarity, usefulness, and so forth. :)

Also, I'd like to sneak in one more thing. Why not let users who get oak effects name them?

Cause I'd really like to get this one effect but i'm less inclined when the result is: custom effect #000000012
