What do you mean by "vote" for a game and how would it help the site grow? If it's something like favourite-ing or rating it, that doesn't exactly help the site grow; in fact, it kinda does the opposite with the whole referral thing.

People would be discouraged to try and get referrals if there were an easier way to get them. :P This kinda defeats the whole purpose of getting new users to the site and helping it grow. ;)

I do however, believe that the referral system is a little out-of-whack. 10 referrals for 100k? A referral isn't work 10k - it's worth a lot more. xD I think we'd all benefit with more reasonable prizes for the lower levels and perhaps lower the amount of referrals it takes for those really high top prizes. It makes the goals seem much more realistic, which will probably encourage others to start referring. :D

In my opinion, those websites are a desperate cry for low-budget websites to get recognized. I've voted on many of those websites and most of what I've seen were sites that are RPG or really unpopular with the m*censored*es, like Marapets or DragonSoldier. They just seem thrifty and I don't think Rescreatu would really benefit from putting itself on there. We already have plenty of attention on virtualpetlist.com since the owner here, Patrick, owns that as well and advertises Res every given moment. We get tons of sign ups every day. It's just a matter of keeping the users interested.

I guess, in short, what I'm trying to say is: We have no problem getting them here. It's keeping them interested in it that we need to work on.

I don't really like the idea either , but yes the user online does scare me. Rescreatu is fun and different some people don't respect that though. Besides it's not even finished yet!
