Is the captca in NPC shops necessary anymore? I know it was implemented a while ago to throttle users from buying up shop stock during events, but now that it's set manually to a single item per person for an event, is it really necessary?

It's just kind of annoying now when I'm just trying to buy some food and makes me just go do something else and I usually forget to come back :P
