My suggestion is very straightforward. Somewhere on the Achro Otachie, it NEEDS to have spots. :)

I'm pretty sure they will. They don't change the print of the Creatu, and since the Otachie already have spots, I'd be willing to bet the spots will be visible on the Acro Otachie as well.
