Perhaps for writer and Artist.

I was just thinking the other day, that the members who applied for staff positions and didn't get accepted, (I will shamelessly say that I applied and got rejected =D) don't know how to improve to really get where they want to.

Perhaps if some of the staff members were either willing, or got extra credits each month, they could sort of take on effective apprentices. I appreciate that they probably have enough on their hands; maybe there could be a whole new category of staff; instead of asking current staffies to hand their time out.

Just a suggestion, but then, Rescreatu would have a steady supply of members ready to be put into staff positions, should someone resign.

Maybe they should have light blue name on the shoutbox and in the forums, or have things on their profiles that says they've graduated or something.
Of course, the apprentices would be hand picked; those who just didn't get in.

I personally don't think I'd be good enough for it, so no this isn't a plea because I didn't get picked, I look up to people like Uwi; they're amazing writers, much better than myself.

Opinions?

I don't think it would hurt Rescreatu to take on freelance submissions and such. I know there are a few little things I've thought I could improve.

As for 'apprenticeships', that's probably out of the job deion and a bit much to ask volunteers for.

You could try contacting a writer on staff personally and asking for help though?
