there needs to be a shop for things that have been retired....i know that makes these not retired but it can be a shop that sells them at high prices and the items are more random than ever....i want this mainly because i fill amost all of a collection apart from 1 item because its retired and it really annoys me because people price them at stupid prices as well ^-^ thats all

Like you said, the item is retired, it is done for a reason. They are now extremely valuable and sell for a lot of tu. I completely disagree with the retired items shop.

they will still be valuable its just a few are sold there...and im saying this mainly for the reason on how collectors like myself need only 1 more item after filling out nearly all the collection and then finding out the item is retired and isnt being sold anywhere else..... and i dont mean items like the plante scythe's just the items like the smitten dino squishy like that items that are in a collection that you can fill apart from that 1 item |

Offer a lot to buy it from the small number of players that have one then, the rarer it is, the more it's worth and the better it is for those that have it. They were retired for a reason, to become expensive. It's like how the Kioka and Omni (and possibly Liyure) were retired, because they were so cheap and easy to get that no one cared about them. Now, suddenly, everyone wants them back because they can't get them. That's what retirement does.

im not on about pets tho.....im on about small items that are in collections and they will still be alot and rare but they arnt at stupid prices the users put them at

I agree completely with Wolfspirit. If they are in shops, they aren't retired.
And people don't price them at 'stupid prices', it's just that they are very valuable since they aren't openly available anymore.
Wolfspirit said everything that needed to be said; It's redundant and unnecessary, and they're retired for a reason. ;/

What do you think about if they made the rest of the items in the collection? >.< im not saying all retired items just the 1s that are needed to finish a collection that have 1 retired item in them....

Almost ALL retired items are found in one (or more!) collections. It definitely defeats the point of being retired. There should be a sense of accomplishment when you finish a collection; it should be WORTH finishing.

Reeses you cant buy something that you cant find ._. and i know its a challenge but i think its annoying that iv finished a whole collection to find out that 1 of the items are retired...and no one has them for sale and maybe they should put on the collected a little red star pointing out the item is retired |

Perhaps you could post an advertisement concerning the item? And even if this shop existed, it'd be awfully hard to price all of the retired items and for items that no one is selling, it would devalue it by a lot. And what about "OAK (one of a kind)" items, such as the Magnificent Scria Sword (which is 25 OAK)? These items are meant to have a limited amount. |

But all of those items are in collections too. You can't just have a shop with SOME retired items that just aren't REALLY REALLY rare. It'll be hard to identify which ones should go in the shop, and once more, it'd be difficult to price everything and it would devalue retired items by a lot. |

If the item isn't there, then send a support ticket and staff will hopefully take care of it. xP It's your job to find out which ones are retired and which aren't. There are some OAKs (one of a kind), and it's what makes them special. You can hunt for them in user galleries and shops, and if you don't find one, keep searching. If you can't find one, oh well, I suppose it's retired and too rare. :B Even if there was just one retired item, I would prefer it be there so I can feel accomplished. If there was a shop with 'retired' items, I wouldn't find it very challenging to collect and I would stop doing it.

but if the prices are high but not to high it will be a challenge...its just so stupid at 1 person priceing 1 rare item at like 50mil or something that stupid then others following that price

It really isn't all that stupid though. I can understand having a problem with recent items like the Kioka book being priced at eighty million even while it was still available, but for something like the Areante Rainbow Witch Hat, one of few very expensive items in its collection, I'm sure there's reason for it being so expensive. It was probably from 2007's Halloween, and may even have been rare at that time. The fact that only one person is selling attests to that, as well as that there are only thirteen of them to be found in the search. |

But think. If there was Retired Items shop, than the items wouldn't be retired anymore. xD Plus, there's a reason retired items are retired. They just can't bring them out of retirement.
