I found the whole process fairly smooth and easy. Navigating the site has been easy enough to learn in a day. Awesome work on the site :3

I joined a couple of days ago and I love this site! :) It's very easy to navigate and understand. although I think there should be a way to earn credits also rather than having to buy them. Everybody on this site is very friendly and helpful. Staff is amazing they talk to you like your one of their best friends. That's how everyone would like to be treated. Of course you don't have to be their friend to be nice. :) I love this site I've recommended  this site to a friend, gwinn2717, and she agrees that this site is awesome and very easy to navigate.

Thanks :) :) :)

The signup process was really easy, I completed it very quickly with no problems at all. It was quite confusing at first to take everything in and I just wanted to go straight to exploring from the first page. The site looks very attractive and I recommended it to a friend of mine's who took to it instantly. :D

Hey guys! I found you through a banner on another game I play, clicked on it and found the sign up process to be rather simple. I really liked that it let me design a whole avatar and not just pic a profile picture. After getting through the process of registering my email I found that i was a little confused as to what to do next, but after about 15 mins of clicking random Icons, I had it pretty much figured out. I'd says its a smooth process but at the same time I am an adult player and it may seem easier for me than a child, although I doubt that, as i said, its seems very smooth to me. I think the only part that became difficult is that I got too excited and found lots of eggs but then realized I could only hatch 3 days, most of them have become old now and their hatch chance has diminished. But at the same time i'm finding it difficult to keep up with feeding the amount of pets I have so I can understand why you would limit them. Can I suggest maybe a more mainstream way of feeding? I find that feeding takes up a lot of time because I have to select each pet and and then see what their hunger is and then choose the appropriate food. What is you were to set up a quick feed option. One where you could see all you pets and their hunger level on one page and beside each one is a "feed" button, click that would take you pet to 100/100 giving that you have food in your food pin. I wouldn't have to select a pet or the food, it would be quick and easy and then i could go about enjoying the site for its better features. Thanks for allowing us to have a voice and tell you what we think!

I also would suggest some kind of "introduction" for new members to read through.  Other than that I love the site, I was a little more familiar as my friend showed me her account first and that's how I found out about it and decided to join.

I found the process extremely smooth. ^^ The only thing is that I was a bit confused when I registered; I didn't know how to do anything at first! Therefore I agree with the players that say Res should have an optional "introduction" or a "walkthrough" for all the newer players. Other than that, the process was easy and flawless! :)

Hey, Deviance here. I think the registration process was very easy to complete and I had no questions what-so-ever during the sign up. I do however, find it kind of confusing finding my way around with the forums and the item search and more unused or  the not so much talked about sites on Rescreatu. Other than that, no questions, no complaints but many praises for the website! I would definitely recommend this website to a friend.

I found registration very easy, but a more concise outline as to the differences between planets and job classes would be awesome.

Navigation took some getting used to, but I think if there were quick links back to all the planets, etc, would be awesome. It ggets confusing sometimes.

The site sure is awesome, the art is great and I didn't lose interest in it like I did in other pet sites. It's also really easy to understand the concept.
The signing up-progress was also very easy and fast.

Yet, I think that the page will have a few problems when it gets more and more users - which it does - since a) the prices of items and especially pets will get much lower and it could end in albinos/calicos not being worth anything anymore, b) the chat won't be usable anymore since too many people will try to sell their stuff, ask questions and talk about private things. I don't think of that as a bad thing, but I don't think that managing the chat will be possible anymore once the site grows really large.

Ok so I have to make another comment because I find this rather frustrating. In the pet auctions, when you are outbid by another user, you get an update stating that, but not which pet. It is tiresome and a hassle to try and search through my long list of bids to find that one pet that was outbid around 1,300. (much like most of them) It would make it easier if there was a link in the update or something.  Also I find the shops a little annoying to navigate, yes there is a search bar on top of the page but shouldn't there also be a search bar on the page its self for convenience?  I believe there should be a directory of these shops instead of a link next to "Main" in the shop area under View All. I passed this option quite a few times before actually figuring out where exactly the other user shops were. Figuring it was part of my shop its self. Now keep in mind this is all while just surfing the site. I myself (being 20 and a proud owner of two soon to be three horses when my mare foals in the next few days, plus five dogs) do not usually read the FAQ's guides because I find them extensive and usually they do not cover any questions I have, or I just really really do not have time. (Many chores, I usually fast surf) After 10 years of roleplaying and tooling around pet sites, I figured I have the hang of it, so I can't give you any of my own opinions upon the FAQ's themselves. (many apologies) I however have noted a few problems around the site, things I would like to see fixed, or made clearer. But again, I have also noted a lot of good things as well.
On a last note can you please fix the flash games, they are not sending Tu when I click send score.
