I think each person should get a slot of land on their planet for their kingdom. The population is their creatu. They buy items to bulid up their kingdom. They can choose their warrior pets in case of attack. They will have farmers and storekeepers also.

and food is given to kingdom people by food delivers. Money is made from silver in the mines.
