Well this is just a random idea, and i don't know if it's any good but I was thinking there should be giftboxes being sold in the credit shop that do certain things such as:
A "Better Chances Giftbox" (doubles your chance to hatch colours for about a week or so) A Giftbox with a mix of CS items (NCJBs, RMPs & Name tags; random) Or any other ones people come up with XD
These could be sold for about 150-100 credits (don't know if the pricing's right XD) and are a great way to keep the site running! (If anyone has any other idea's for these giftboxes post!)
Yeah you can't have anymore hatches. That's already a no.
But the better hatch color chance sounds cool ^^ Though a giftbox may not be the best item to use. Maybe an item that looks like an egg but has all the hatch colors on it. Kind of like the NC bean. It would be a one time use item, but allow you to get double the chances for hatching silver, blonde, calico, albino, and achro for a week or so like you said.
I support the random mix of CS items gift box. But maybe as a lucky dip item so you buy for 100 credits and get a mystery selection of items inside.
I do not however support your idea of a better chances. Pets are hard enough to keep rare anyway which is why kir is so important. If everyone suddenly was getting better hatch chances then higher colour pets would only lose value.
