I know getting a Galta or an Ivik to begin with is extremely rare and difficult but I think they still deserve to have a mutant form like all the other non-purchasble creatu. They're going to be around forever so why not create a mutant form? It would add more spice to the excitment of working to get points in Kir's quests. Also I don't know but creatu without a mutant form don't seem as real to me, maybe that's just me though.
The reason Galta and Ivik don't have mutant forms is because their eggs do not spoil. Credit Shop Creatu don't have mutant forms for the same reason. Uldavian and Credit Shop Creatu have their differences from normal Creatu. To me, collecting Ivik and Galta would be difficult enough without doubling their number. No one even has a full collection of them now. I can assure you all the Credit Shop and Uldavian Creatu are quite real. :P
