I'd really really love it if there was a way to tell if the eggs someone offers you are fresh, old or spoiled. Not trying to trade, 'cause that's already there.

Actually, we (support staff) have asked that the ability to add eggs be removed completely from trades. There's not much reason for them to be there; there's an egg market, there's item auctions, there's the forums where you can make clear what you are trading. And most of the time, the trades are abused for storage under the misconception that the eggs will not age when they will. I'm not sure why they haven't been excluded from that area - it would be much simpler to do that right now than it would to do what you are asking, which the coding department just doesn't have time for at the moment. It would be great to get it done when they do have the time, we just don't have the resources right now or anytime in the near future from what I understand.

Yeah, it would be heck of a lot easier to just omit eggs all together in the trades. That does seem a lot more doeable. But, I say when/if they omit egg trading, that they should eventually bring it back with the ability to tell if eggs offers are aged. I really like my egg trading and I hate using forums ;v;

Eventually, yeah, when we have more than one coder at a time that would be awesome.
