I completely agree with you Geo.

I also agree with whoever said that once a winner has won the raffle, they shouldn't be able to win for at least another week, epsecially if the ticket limit isn't applied.

the upside to this though girl, is that more players will probably participate now that they actually have a better chance to win and the elite can no longer buy there wins as they did before.

Yay :D. Even if the pot will be smaller... I will be more happy to see a 5 million pot that I have a chance to win, than a 300 million one that I cannot even dream about.
